We are a well travelled family and have been to Turkey several times. This hotel has surpassed all expectations. The food, the rooms, the entertainment are all top notch but one thing sets it apart. And I do not say this lightly. The staff here are immense. From front of house to dining to cleaning to bar staff theyvare friendly accommodating chatty and caring. To the point that on the 3rd day everyone knows your name and what you like. I would highly recommend the Beach bar team of Alper Mehmet Ait Serkan and Boris. Simply exceptional 👏 👌 🙌

“Beautiful Hotel with high standards.”

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were greeted with a welcome drink, shown to our rooms and clearly given all the information we needed. We stayed in a deluxe double on the 5th floor with direct sea view, we had two rooms as we were a family of four with two teenagers. Beach bag provided, which is always a bonus, plus everything else you could need. Mini bar stocked daily and rooms cleaned to a high standard. All areas were spotless, including the toilets throughout the complex. Restaurants provided a vast variety of food to suit all tastes, always somewhere to sit and never seemed too crowded, even thought it was peak season. Breakfast is always one of my favourites, with a fresh omelette cooked on request by a lovely man. Bars offered a wide selection of good quality drinks, premium brands provided on request. Bar nibbles (nuts and crisps) provided too. Pool areas were kept clean, it’s a shame some people aren’t capable of putting their empties in the bin though (lots of bins in all areas), rather than waiting for staff to clear up after them! Lots of sunbeds and yes, if you want a certain spot then get there by 7.30 am (no reserving beforehand) or just take what’s available when you’re ready. Plenty of room on the beach or on the pier, which was stunning. The man in charge of reinforcing the sunbed reserving was very friendly and did a great job. All staff were so professional, friendly and helpful, everyone spoke as you walked around. We had a really relaxing week and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We just had a lovely 10 days here as a family of 16 with children ranging from 8 to 15. Highlights for us were the cleanliness of both rooms and public areas and the quality and variety of the food. Jumping off the end of the pier kept our kids entertained for hours. We were lucky to get into the à la carte restaurants but this was a real battle! You must book by email before you arrive to guarantee this. Our favourite à la carte was the Turkish one on the seafront. Generally we found the staff very friendly and accommodating but we did also have a couple of encounters of rudeness, through no fault of our own. The fitness classes were great and instructors were very uplifting. I also enjoyed running along the promenade and around the ruins and back (7km round trip) in the mornings. Trips - we did the sunset pass to Land of the Legends (highly recommend), boat trip from Side harbour (advertised as a dolphin and turtle viewing one, but we didn’t see any of these) and we went to Side Saturday morning market twice (45 min walk from hotel). Some of the family also had great massages just along the promenade from the hotel (€25). Money wise I would recommend taking a combination of lira and euros. Overall we had a wonderful time and it’s probably the only AI hotel we’ve been to where we haven’t grown tired of the food offerings. We wished we’d booked 2 weeks!

We had a great stay at Arum Barut Collection. The hotel itself was very good, with just a few minor issues during our stay. Hotel great location and good value for money, the room was great, quiet and always very clean. Without a doubt, the highlight of our holiday was the pool bar. Umut, Furkan and Ali were absolutely incredible. They took what was already a good holiday and made it truly unforgettable. Their cocktails were consistently excellent, their service was amazing, and they always greeted everyone with a smile. No matter how busy the pool bar became and it was easily the busiest bar in the hotel, they remained friendly, professional and attentive, making every guest feel valued. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time, and their hard work never went unnoticed. They are a real credit to Arum Barut Collection and the main reason we would choose to return to this hotel in the future. A huge thank you to Umut, Furkan and Ali for making our holiday special.
