“Amazing hotel & staff are fantastic apart from 1 person in customer relations”
The staff are brilliant, cleaners are so friendly even those not on your floor/block & have never seen you before. Rooms cleaned daily unless you put sign on door. “Poor behaviour of some of our guests and an overly aggressive beach assistant”
I’m here right now and we’re are having a great time. Our beach assistant is aggressive towards all visitors from other hotels. Today, we had a huge game of volleyball. Very German influenced. Very few English guests. Entertainment is in German, food predominantly German. Hotel staff are amazing and helpful can’t do enough for you.
