I had the most incredible stay at this hotel and genuinely couldn’t recommend it highly enough. As a solo traveller, I was a little unsure what to expect—but from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome, cared for, and completely at ease. The staff went above and beyond to look after me, and even the other guests were so friendly and kind—it created such a lovely, supportive atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal felt like a treat. My jacuzzi room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, and the entire hotel was immaculate throughout. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Savaş who is always present, checking in on guests and making sure everyone is happy. Nothing is too much trouble, and that level of care really makes a difference. I specifically chose this hotel because of its smaller, more personal feel and the fitness classes—and I’m so glad I did. The classes were fantastic: fun, energising, and welcoming for all levels. A special mention to Miko, who leads them with such positivity and enthusiasm—he really brings great energy to the experience. This hotel truly made my solo trip feel special, safe, and enjoyable from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to anyone—especially solo travellers—and I will definitely be returning.

Second time at what we call our second home From the moment we arrived the staff remembered us from the previous year. Could not do enough for you. The staff treat every guest like they are the most important. Savas the general manager is always walking around, chatting to guests and making sure everything is ok. He genuinely cares if there are any problems and deals with issues straight away. The entertainment was great and Craig the tui rep is lovely and very helpful. Goes out of his way for the guests. Food is lovely. The restaurant team are amazing. Nuri has the best smile and loves all his guests. The bar staff are lovely too. We love this little gem in side. Cannot wait to return.

This hotel has both clear strengths and equally clear weaknesses. The biggest issue for me — and ultimately a dealbreaker — is the smoking policy. Smokers are given a high level of freedom, while non-smokers are left dealing with the consequences. You cannot even properly open your balcony door for fresh air, because guests in neighboring rooms are smoking outside. The smoke drifts straight into your room, which significantly reduces comfort and defeats the purpose of having a balcony. What makes this particularly hard to justify is that this appears to be a relatively small group (roughly 10%), while the remaining 90% has to adapt. A hotel choosing to let a minority dictate the comfort level of the majority is difficult to understand. The beds are another weak point. Like in many hotels, they are simply below standard. That said, the hotel did its absolute best to improve the situation by offering top mattresses, which made the experience acceptable. Still, a good night’s sleep should not depend on add-ons — it is a basic requirement. One thing that should be communicated more clearly is that the hotel mainly caters to a 65+ audience. Initially, this felt a bit unfamiliar and made us feel somewhat out of place. However, in all honesty, this turned out to be one of the more positive aspects. The people are social, enjoy life, and generally show consideration for each other. That makes the contrast with the smoking behavior of a small group even more noticeable. Spa & Massages (Standout Feature) The spa is a clear highlight of this hotel and operates at a very high standard. Manager Paulina takes the time to discuss your preferences in detail and sets up a personalized treatment plan, which adds a level of professionalism you don’t often see. Our therapists, Nur and Emi, delivered consistently excellent treatments and created a daily moment of relaxation. The approach is well-balanced — some days deeper tissue work, other days more gentle and calming — depending on what your body needs. Most importantly, the spa is spotless. Compared to many massage salons in the surrounding area, the hygiene standards here are significantly higher. The price-to-quality ratio is also very solid for an in-hotel service. In fact, the massages almost fully compensated for the poor bed quality. I would strongly recommend making this part of your daily routine during your stay. Positives There are definitely strong points. The staff stands out: consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The food offers sufficient variety, although it remains buffet quality — functional rather than exceptional. The location is solid, with Side about a 20-minute walk away. A special thank you to our bartender, Ms. Gunus, and our housekeeper. Both go above and beyond what you would normally expect and truly make a difference in the overall experience. One thing outside the hotel that deserves mention: the way street animals are treated in Turkey. The kindness and care shown to cats and dogs is remarkable and adds positively to the overall experience of the area. Summary A hotel with strong service, a pleasant social atmosphere, and a good location — but with serious shortcomings in smoking policy (especially around balconies) and baseline bed quality. The spa is a major redeeming factor. Better transparency about the target audience would also improve expectations upfront.
