This was my fifth stay at this lovely hotel, and it always feels like coming home! The welcome from the reception staff on arrival, the comfortable rooms, the beautiful gardens, the lovely food and drinks, the à la carte restaurants and cocktails, the night time entertainment, dancing to the live bands, the fly yoga, the Aqua gym classes, the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff, as well as the great location on the beach, by the forest and close proximity to the lovely old town of Side…….these are all the reasons the Turquoise is my happy place! Thank you to all the Turquoise staff, and a special mention to Gledys and Selcan for your wonderful yoga and aqua gym classes, and our lovely chats and night time dancing! Missing you already! Hopefully see you next year xx

“Fabulous trip”

This is our 5th time visiting Turquoise, this time for my 60th birthday. We had booked a pool view room as the sea view wasn't available. When we arrived we had been given a Lakeside room with access to a private shared pool and exclusive use of the Bougainvillea a la Carte restaurant. We were also bought fruit, ice cream and drinks round the pool. As always, the hotel was exceptionally clean with beautifully kept gardens and amazing staff, many of whom remembered us from past trips. Food and drink is varied and plentiful with themed menus. Evening entertainment varied from bands to dance shows both at the theatre and main stage. A huge thank you to everyone at the Turquoise for making this such a special trip... We'll see you again next June!!

Hotel Turquoise is fantastic . This is our sixth visit and every time it seems to get better The staff are great Always with a smile on their faces and keen to help you have a good time If you have a problem the guest relations person Hamida will sort it out for you . There are lots of activities to keep you happy my wife did aqua aerobics every day with two brilliant girls Gledys and Katerina they are lovely and make if fun . All areas of the hotel are spotless with cleaning going on constantly The food in the restaurant is of a very high standard and you will find lots of choice of great meals with the desserts being amazing but not good for the waste line .This hotel has the best evening entertainment of any hotel we have visited with top class bands and circus and theatre groups appearing every night . While you are watching the groups the waiters will keep you topped up with drinks with Abmed and Cagla being two of the best . To give the names of staff who have made our holiday great would take all week because all the staff are brilliant and this is a result of fantastic management systems that have been put in place . Well done to everyone for making our holiday so good we will be back again next year and this year we recommended it to four of our friends who loved it and will be back . “Lovely territory but disappointing experience”

We stayed at the hotel in June 2026 with my husband and our 1 year 10 month old child. We were assigned a very old room in the farthest building, Block G. The room was quite disappointing because it did not match the photos of the standard rooms shown on the hotel’s website or by tour operators. The floor was tiled instead of laminate, the furniture had metal legs, some light fixtures were crooked, there was mold in the grout lines in the shower, and the armchair was worn out and stained. Despite these issues, the room was quiet, clean, and had a lovely garden view. I asked at reception about changing our room, but unfortunately I had an unpleasant conversation with the head manager, who spoke to me very rudely. This left a negative impression of the hotel and affected our mood right at the beginning of our holiday. The restaurant does not offer suitable food for toddlers, and the diet corner is very limited. Another issue was that if a dish ran out early during dinner service, it was often not replenished and was replaced with something else instead. The sun umbrellas on the beach are not very practical. They heat up like camping tents and become extremely hot underneath. As a result, guests try to find shade under the trees, but there is not enough of it near the sea for everyone. It is common to see 15–20 loungers crowded together under a single palm tree. If people nearby are smoking, it can be quite unpleasant, especially when you are with a small child. Water shoes are also essential if you want to enter the sea comfortably. The canopy over the playground near the kids’ club is not effective either. It is made of tent-like material that heats up significantly in the sun. The playground becomes very hot and stuffy, almost like a sauna. The same issue exists in the snack bar area. The only aspect of the hotel that we had no complaints about was the grounds. They are genuinely beautiful, green, and very well maintained. The hotel itself is showing its age, but it is still cared for and kept in good condition.
