“Amazing Hotel with exemplary service”

We stayed here the first week of Easter, the first time my wife had been to Turkey and we were blown away by the Hotel. From arrival the attentiveness of staff was amazing, nothing being too much trouble. Our 6 year old loved the Patisserie and Chocolatier that are on site...he also loved the Steak restaurant! Incredibly clean and tidy with such friendly staff. An example of how good they were is that our childs teddy went missing from our room, whilst that was not great the Hotel arranged to buy a new version and had it sent to us in the UK! I don't know anywhere else that would do that. Turkey still knows how to do hospitality right, and All inclusive means that, not the several layers that many hotels now do. We look forward to returning in 2027.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights, and the overall experience was wonderful. From the first moment, the attention and service never stopped. The food was well above standard hotel quality and exceeded our expectations—even better than a high-end restaurant outside. For a small extra fee, they offer great à la carte restaurants. We tried the Greek restaurant; the food, atmosphere, and experience were perfect. The evening shows and concerts were high-quality performances you would happily pay for outside. Rooms and pools were perfectly clean, and the service was incredibly fast. This is a true family hotel with everything planned for kids. However, even without children, you can enjoy the 16+ adult-only areas. Note: I wouldn't recommend it for single groups or solo travelers. They assign personal assistants you can reach 24/7 via an app for instant support. Our assistants, Ms. Evrim, Ms. Buket, and Ms. Aygül, were incredibly helpful and thought of every single detail for us. One small detail: if a calm, sandy beach is a must for you, the sea here might not be ideal. It was quite wavy during our stay, so we could only swim from the pier a few times. This wasn't a big deal for us and didn't ruin our vacation at all. Highly recommended!

It was the best vacation ever! We are frequent guests of the Voyage chain – Voyage Belek, and we returned once again to Voyage Sorgun, and this stay exceeded all expectations. We vacationed from April 25, 2026, to May 9, 2026. We received a wonderful room and communicated throughout the entire period with our amazing assistant, Diana. She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! She listens to clients perfectly, understands their needs, and solves questions and problems quickly. Thanks to Diana, our vacation became perfect! A heartfelt and huge thank you to HER. Undoubtedly, every hotel employee deserves gratitude and praise. Thank you to the maids – because we had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Thank you to the chefs – the food was delicious and varied. Thank you to the bartenders and waiters – because we were always noticed, they always approached us and asked what we would like. Special thanks to two wonderful Lobby Bar waitresses: Elif and Aysu 🥰The attention from every employee, even when passing by in the area, their smile and greeting – makes you feel SPECIAL! Thank you all for the warmth and attention shown! However, we still have a few observations for the hotel regarding details that, in my opinion, would provide more comfort for the guests. We were very surprised and saddened that there were no strawberries in the main restaurant in April... after all, it is the peak season for these berries... A suggestion for the Main Restaurant: we simply missed a selection of sauces in branded bottles: such as tomato sauce, BBQ sauce, Sweet Chili, mayonnaise, and mustard (which we used to get at the Cuisine restaurant), as dealing with those disposable Heinz packets is really inconvenient.During dinner, we missed jam... there could be at least a few types of jams available in jars during dinner too. Because cottage cheese pancakes (varškėtukai) with jam are a must! A note for the Turkish À La Carte restaurant: Dinner by the seafront, where it is windy, and the cutlery is placed directly on the table... where sand could be felt... Here, the cutlery could at least be hygienically wrapped.Lack of toilets... a question arose whether there are more toilets near the Main building? If I am not mistaken: people from the relax pool, people from the Chinese and Japanese À La Carte restaurants, the Cuisine restaurant, and the entire Lobby use only one Lobby WC? No comfort at all... We would really like a hotel of this level not to run out of popular drinks such as Sheridan's, and Guinness 🍺 beer could also be introduced... 🫶 And we really hope that an outdoor heated pool will be installed in the hotel area... this would be a big advantage during the cooler period... 🥰 Good luck, Voyage Sorgun! We stayed at this hotel for a week in june. After reading the many good reviews our expectations were quite high. The good: Great location with the pine trees, neatly kept gardens and more than enough pools. We mostly stayed at the 16+ pool and 16+ pier. The lifeguards were always attentive and also enforced the 16+ policy when there were younger people. Quality of the food is very good, both in the buffet as the a la carte restaurants. The possibility of ordering food at the pool using the QR codes is also great. The 24/7 restaurant, patisserie and chocolatier are great additions to the overall stay. Premium alchohol is included, all the brands you'd expect and more. Quality and quantity of the cocktails is also great. Every staff member you encounter is very friendly and tries to help in any way they can. You don't have to sit with an empty glass for 2 minutes, they always keep an eye out and are ready to take another order. No bracelets :) The bad: Rooms are very dated and small, we stayed in a family bungalow and for the price we paid the room is not at all what we expected. For some reason they decided to use laminate (wood) flooring, which is wobbly everywhere and was never decently clean during our week stay. The bedrooms are also very small in the bungalow with not even enough space to place your suitcase on the floor to open it. Another issue was the lack of a chair/table to sit at. Use of the QR menus, I know before I said it's fun & easy, and it is, but when we went to a restaurant at the pool and wanted to sit there and eat something we could not order anything because we did not have a phone. I'm not sure wether this was just the waitress not wanting to just tell us what they had on menu and take an order, but this put us off. Use of the "Voyage app" , the app is probably handy, but we felt pretty pushed to install it upon arrival and got the feeling that if we needed antyhing we could only use the app. When we asked for a map of the property on paper, they again pointed to the app. Languague barrier: I know we cannot expect them to be fluent in English, but most of the staff does not speak any English apart from drink names etc... But they are (or seem) fluent in Russian... Cleaning up: I know this is as much the guests problem as the hotels, but there were some things left in the garden that were there for the entire week we were there (an empty cocktail glass on a pole, swimwear on a bench etc...) Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come back, but only if we get a better deal, or maybe a room in the main building.
