I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness deserves a 10 out of 10, everything was spotless. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cheerful, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and spacious, and everything looked very beautiful. The location is excellent, with many shops nearby. Highly recommended!

It was our first time at Rubi Platinum hotel in was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely excellent, we visited the Terazza restaurant many times during our stay and the food was just so good it hard to find words for it our compliments and thank you to the chef and kitchen stuff and the waiter's for making it and unforgetible culinary experience. Our thank you goes to the cleaning stuff and the maids who really take the word clean to the next level, thank you for making us feel comfortable, like at home. During our stay all the staff was very kind and helpful to us, they made sure we had everything we needed. It surely wasn't our last time here, the heart is already asking us to visit again. The beach is very clean, and the entrance into the water is easy, because there is only sand unter the water, so you can move freely without fear to slip on a rock or sea grass. We recommed private transfer to the Hotel, because it takes significantly less time from the airport, is good value for your money, you won't regret it, it took us about 2 hours, to arrive and traffic was pretty busy when we arrived.

Overall A nice hotel that is worth paying for. The rooms, food, and drinks held good quality with the biggest letdowns being disorganised food service and poor desserts. Positives + The room and balcony were generous in size + The bathroom and shower were big and well equipped, even possible to get music in these rooms + The minibar was well-stocked and refilled daily + Common areas were well-cleaned and well-kept + At restaurants, service was fast available and quick + Food was good, but there was never any wow-factor to it + A la carte eating always available and a nice change from the buffet + Brand alcohols available and beer served in bottles + The cafeteria had plenty of lollipops that the kids loved + Ordering using the QR-code worked well + Ample space in common areas + Nicely designed hotel + The gym had good equipment available + The aqua park was excellent with rides we repeated many times + Wifi availble across the resort and worked well + Most of the staff spoke English well enough. Negatives - Service at a la carte was often very disorganised and at times really slow. For example, we were often served the main dish before appetiser, one person was served main dish while the other one had to wait 20 minutes for theirs (even though it was the same dish). These mistakes happened several times at the a la carte restaurants. - Few or no vegetarian main dishes available. - In the buffet, most of the dishes were unmarked, meaning not possible to know what they contained. - Ice-creamed listed as "Mövenpick" in the menu absolutely was not Mövenpick but local Turkish brand. - Desserts in general were a disappointment and something I stayed away from after having tried a few. The exception was local desserts, like baklava. - While the shelves at the bars show brand liquours - noname or local brands were always used for drinks unless you specifically asked the bartender to use the name-brands. - At the SPA, several massages are available (e.g. Swedish massage, relax massage, Bali massage, sports massage, etc.), but the staff were unable to explain the difference between them, so hard to believe they are very qualified. - The garden loungers always had music playing (though not terribly loud) and it seemed like the same songs were repeated every day. - The QR-codes for ordering at the garden loungers never worked. I pointed this out to two different staff but it was never fixed. - The rooms didn't have very good sound isolation. In the evenings you'd hear both music from evening shows as well as noise from the indoor atrium. - No visible environmental work nor ambitions. Neutral * The guests seemed to be mainly Russian-speaking and some German-speaking.
