We are currently enjoying our stay at Rubi Platinum Sign, and I would like to share a short but hopefully helpful review for future guests. The hotel area is quite small and compact, but everything is within easy walking distance, which makes it very convenient. The food is definitely one of the hotel’s strongest points. The quality is excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes. The cocktails are made with imported spirits, and they are both well-prepared and very tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Housekeeping is excellent—they clean the rooms twice a day: once in the morning and once in the evening before bedtime. In the evening, they even close the curtains and wish you a good night’s sleep, which is a lovely touch. I’d also like to mention the animation team. There is entertainment available, but it’s never intrusive. They come by a few times a day to invite guests to activities such as darts, archery, and volleyball. We usually spend our time at the beach, so I’m not sure what activities are offered around the pool, but the entertainment team is there if you want to join in, without putting any pressure on you. I also want to mention the QR code ordering system because I saw some reviews saying it doesn’t work. We spend most of our time by the sea, and in our experience every QR code worked perfectly. Our orders were delivered quickly every time. A very special THANK YOU goes to Natalia from the Animation Team, who leads the morning Pilates, yoga, and other fitness classes for the ladies. Thank you for your positive energy and great attitude! She’s fantastic, and we highly recommend joining her classes. If you want to start your day with a great workout and lots of positive vibes, Natalia will definitely take good care of you.

The hotel is quite small, which I liked a lot. Very cozy, the staff is really friendly! Everyone makes sure you are taken care of. Such small gestures as bringing ice-cream while you sunbathe, or delicious watermelon drinks, really makes the stat more comfortable. The QR-code system at the bars and beach is a nice idea, you just scan it and order and the waiter brings it to you. But even without it, you can just ask the waiter to bring whatever you like. There are no bracelets, no towel card which is great! That is how it is supposed to be. You don’t need to carry the towels with you, you can take as many as you like or change for fresh ones. The restaurants are nice, the food is good, there is always something to choose from, you will never be hungry :) again, the waiters are so nice and helpful! The bartenders at all bars make exceptional cocktails! And I want to praise the animation team, they are always there, but not bothering you. Very polite, funny and nice! The yoga and stretching was great, volleyball as always. Boys from animation team always respectful and great to talk to! I would recommend this hotel to families and couples for sure!

If you’re coming here, you absolutely have to sit at the bar. Ali and Emin are the best! Not only are their cocktails top-tier and perfectly balanced, but the energy they bring is unmatched. They are super welcoming, incredibly skilled, and know exactly how to make every guest feel special. It’s rare to find bartenders who combine such high-level professionalism with such genuine, charismatic vibes. Thank you, Ali and Emin, for making our night so memorable!
