We just stayed at Ark Suite Hotel, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better holiday! The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. The rooms felt like a home away from home, with everything you need, including a kitchen, TV, and air conditioning. One thing we especially loved was that the pool and restaurant were just a short walk from the rooms. Unlike many large resorts where you have to walk everywhere, everything here was conveniently close. The food was absolutely delicious! Compliments to the chef for the amazing variety every day, the fresh salads, and the quality of every meal. Every meal was something to look forward to. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. A special thank you to Mr. Ken from the animation team, who kept everyone entertained with fun pool activities and fantastic evening shows. He brought so much energy and made every day enjoyable for both kids and adults. We also want to thank Ms. Ayşe, who was incredibly kind from the very beginning and even surprised me with delicious Turkish tea. Small gestures like that made us feel so welcome. We are leaving with full hearts and so many wonderful memories. By the end of our stay, the staff didn’t just feel like hotel employees—they felt like family. It’s honestly hard to say goodbye, but one thing is certain: we will definitely be back next year! Thank you, Ark Suite Hotel, for an unforgettable holiday. Every penny was worth it. “Lovely”

Food and drinks are amazing, big verity. Staff are so friendly and helpful even gave me recipes for their dips. I could tell staff were happy to be there. Would recommend anyone to give this place a try. They also put football on TV.

“A nice week stay, location is quite far”

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, I also stayed here 8 years ago, the hotel is pretty much the same as when I stayed back in 2018. The hotel itself is nice it’s on a slight hill and has a park outside to the left hand side, it has a nice pool area by the dining room and a separate pool down with some slides for the kids, the slides do turn off at 4pm and the pool closes at 7pm the top pool is shut during lunch time hours reopening at 2:30pm, there is a children’s arcade type place next to the pool with the slides also pool toilets a bar and a kitchen. The rooms are a little dated but they are sufficient for the money your paying, I paid €70 euros for a weeks aircon, the aircon works well but the only thing Id say is there was 3 of us me and smallest child shared bedroom where the aircon machine is, eldest who’s 16 stayed in the living room on the sofa bed, there is no aircon in the living space, it was hard to keep this cooler as it was roasting. Kitchen had hob, sink, kettle, pots pans cutlery etc, if you wanted to make something and a small fridge/freezer. Bathroom again was sufficient however the shower was abit hit and miss in the mornings with the temperature and the shower the water kind of spurts all over the place. We were on the sixth floor and it was a killer to walk up the stairs. If the lift was in use the lift is very small you could probably fit three people max in it. There are some shops on site a hairdressers and I small off-licence type thing where you can get essentials but they are quite expensive if you walk 100 yards down the hill there is a soc store where you can get water and things for cheaper, but there isn’t a huge amount of things in there. I found the staff to be really friendly. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were also. The one thing about this hotel which would be the reason why I don’t stay here again is it is so far away from anything it’s probably a 30 minute walk to the harbour where all the shops markets and bazaars are, me and my children hired scooters which cost a couple of quid and took us about 1015 minutes to scoot down on electric scooters or we hired a taxi which from the hotel to the harbour is 250 lira. And takes about 10 minutes. We were replaced at the back of the hotel on the roadside and it is extremely loud. It is a dual carriageway road with a high speed limit and high traffic flow all through the night. I took earplugs and I would’ve struggled to have slept without them last time I stayed in a poolside room and it was a lot quieter. Outside the food was pretty decent. There was a lot of fruits vegetables meat options or fish like tuna or prawns. They did have some chips and breaded chicken looking thing really not clean on the orange or apple juice. I tended to have veg and tuna and salad and a bit of rice but I did only eat there twice I was self catering so I paid on two occasions to have the lunch and I had to pay €30. I think for one adult and one child’s meal I think it was €20 for an adult and €10 for a child. I will say that on this occasion this trip cost me a lot more than what I have been used to. I have been to Turkey a lot of times the last time I came though was 2024 and it was a lot cheaper than what this trip was I felt that the restaurants and shops were on par with England’s prices. I would take more money than what you anticipated, I took a Wise card which I put money on as a lot of places except card however if you want to pay for sunbeds On the Beach or taxis things like that then you need to pay in cash. I took £100 cash with me but I ended up withdrawing money probably three or four times and then I’d have to pay the charges for it so definitely take quite a bit of cash and have money on your card. I think for the money and if you’re going all inclusive and you want to stay around the pool for the majority of the time then the hotel is good but if you want to be out and about and exploring and eating out every night it’s not so good because of the location on the basis of the location I wouldn’t stay here again but it is a nice hotel.
