A great hotel for families with young kids. The facilities are superb! There are so many things to do with a baby, pools, game rooms, beach are all well maintained and clean. The room was comfortable and the food amazing. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I was lucky to get several massages with Meerim: incredible, I highly recommend her. Best massages I've had in a long time! Helped me to relax and heal. I found that the place smells of cats too much for my liking and the music was too loud in late evenings. But the amazing facilities compensated for that.

Amazing hotel , fantastic for families ! Lots of activities for the kids throughout the day and nught entertainment is very good ! Spa - Ömer , a representative of the spa helped me to choose my massage and Meerim who has done a mixture of treatments on me helped me to understand my body a lot more. After the massage they spoke and set me down to explain everything with their proffered knowledge. I can highly recommend them !

We have been going to Santai during the May holidays for more than 20 years and enjoy all the delicious food, the hospitality of all the lovely people and the good care of Ismail from Guest Relations. We also let ourselves be pampered in the spa where Riya gives wonderful massages. We don't want another hotel anymore.

Absolutely fantastic resort. We are seasoned all-inclusive travellers and have been to many resorts including Mexico, DR, Turkey, Cape Verde, etc and this one has to be up there with the best resorts we've been to which have been more than double the price. We arrived on the 18th April and stayed for 10 days which has the ideal temperature for our liking (around 22-29deg celsius). We paid around £2.5k for a family of 4. We were also travelling with another couple and their son. The first thing that surprised us was the quality of the food and drinks, and the friendliness and the attentiveness of the staff. Unlike other resorts we have been to there were no unlimited a-la-carte dining choices, but to be honest, we really didn't miss it, because the quality of food from the buffets and snack choices was so good. Usually when you go places the buffet doesn't hit quite hit the mark and therefore you are pleased when you get to visit the a-la-carte. However, here, the buffet was delicious and amazing quality for every meal. The presentation of the food wasn't spectacular (i.e. there are no fancy carved fruits or fancy looking salads here) but if you can overlook that and focus on the taste, you won't be disappointed. The resort we most compared this to is the only other AC we've been to in the Antalya area which was the TUI Blue Sensatori Sorgun (when we visited it was owned by Barut hotels but has since changed hands to Akra hotels). The drinks are equally as impressive, if you can find the bartender that you like. The guy who does the mixology drinks at night (he's the head mixologist but can't remember is name) made the best cocktails we've ever seen - better than the top tier Excellence resorts we've been to in the Carribean!). We were sold some massages at the spa by Omer who was very friendly and not pushy at all. He gave some good prices and good info. The massage treatments themselves were absolutely amazing. I had 3 massages (first time i've had a male masseur give me a deep tissue massage) by Pawat and I'm not joking, he managed to help me with years-long sciatica issues i've had and knots in my back that other masseuses have failed to treat. Give this man a raise! My wife got 2 massages by Gurcon and she was equally impressed. The beach at the resort is amazing, it's the perfect width, i.e. its really not a far walk from the pool to the beach and you don't have to walk over miles of sand to be in the sea. The sea is clear and there's no seaweed which I think is expected at this coast. The pools were brilliant too - the kids splash pool was perfect for our 3 year old twins. It's heated so in April they could spend hours there having fun without getting cold. The only criticism is the number of other guests allowing their children to swim without swim nappies/diapers and hence there were 2 occasions where the pool had to be closed for the afternoon to be cleaned due to a "floater". The main pool and the lazy river pools were beautiful but were quite cold as they are not heated, but this was not a problem because both the Silence pool and the water park pools were heated to 28/29 degrees! We spent a few days at each because the water was lovely and warm and they were still quiet enough to relax and allow the kids to splash and swim. Unfortunately our kids were too small for the big flumes but this didn't stop mum & dad unleashing their inner kid! The donut flume especially was exhilarating and brilliant and there was never a queue to go on any of the rides. This may not be the case if you are travelling later in the season though because we did notice a big difference in how busy the resort was becoming as we neared the end of our stay. The only negative that we came across was that the first morning after arrival (we arrived at 1am) we noticed that our small suitcase with our valiables was missing. We at first assumed that it had been stolen by the bellboy or it fell off the golf cart and another guest had stolen it. However the management and guest relations (especially Ismail and Furkan) took the matter seriously and began checking the cameras from our arrival. Nothing showed up so we began questioning if we had left the suitcase at the airport but just at that moment, Ismail arrived with the suitcase - it had been left on the golf cart but tucked in under the seat where it couldn't be seen. He sincerely apologised for this oversight. I did not make any fuss or demands as I was just glad to have the valuables back but as an apology we were offered a complimentary meal at the Italian restaurant and free late checkout which we were very pleased about. The meal was brilliant and delicious and a special mention to the waiter Kocali who was extremely professional and attentive. He noticed us a few times later when he was working in the buffet restaurant and was also attentive to us then. A nice chap. Overall, we would say that this was one of the most, if not THE most memorable stay we have ever had, and it was such a surprise because we didn't even spend much time researching the hotel before booking as our friends had already booked it and asked us to join them. The highlights I would say are: - The size of the resort is perfect. Not small and not too large. Everything seems to make sense in regards of the layout and is just where you need it. - High quality drinks and cocktails (even the default options are good, you don't need to beg to be served the best spirits every time). - There is no tipping culture. We did tip 100lira several times to waiters and bartenders mostly but it seemed to make no difference to the level of service. Nobody was waiting around for a tip - unlike in the carribean. - The pools are beautiful and clean. - Hotel grounds very clean and well maintained. - Unlimited Algida (Walls) branded ice cream - Magnum, Twister, etc. - Beach buffet/snack bar delicious, especially the crispy KFC style chicken, which the kids loved - Main buffet delicious - we probably ate our own weight in the freshly made baklava - Toilets were spotless - Maid service timely and always made the room very clean - Staff very friendly and always smiling - Coffee bar at the beach, excellent coffees. Nice latte art by the blonde barista girl (can't remember her name, think it begins with H) and took care to make every drink. - Loads of amazing facilities for kids. The small list of downsides that we found (there weren't many): - Price depending on season can vary wildly - Resort got very busy when we left, the buffet and water park pool especially felt like people were on top of each other. - The silence pool could do with some new tiles around the pool area, quite a few loose/broken tiles and cracked concrete and there are lots of ants around which scared the children. The other pool areas were very new and clean so it could be that this one is planned for upgrade. - There wasn't a lot of entertainment (maybe as we were early in the season the full programme hadn't started yet)? This wasn't really an issue with a young family though as we usually went back to room around 9-10pm. - The breakfast had a lot of egg & bread options. Most other stuff catered to russian guests. No bacon etc. Good if you like your bread. We would definitely return if the price is right and will be keeping an eye on prices for the next season!
