It really was a fantastic 10 days. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the fantastic, extensive breakfast. Playing water polo in the afternoon and then having something to eat on the beach. The evenings were fantastic too; something different every night by the pool, such as karaoke, bingo, and of course just music with a drink. Every evening at 11:00/11:30 PM, a fun disco with Müren and Ceylin.

Our stay at Megasaray Club Belek has been absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff has been incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. The service is truly exceptional — we feel taken care of 24/7, and every little detail is handled with so much care. The food is amazing, with so much variety and quality, and there are wonderful activities for both adults and children. I especially appreciate how well the kids are looked after and entertained throughout the day. What really stood out to me is how responsive and helpful everyone is. It honestly feels like having a personal assistant available whenever I need help with anything. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and enjoying our stay. Thank you, Megasaray Club Belek, for such a beautiful experience. Exceptional hospitality, amazing service, wonderful food, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily come back again!

We're still staying at Megasaray Resort, so this is an early review based on our experience so far. From the moment we arrived, the service has been excellent. We checked in quite late at night, but the reception staff were genuinely friendly, polite and welcoming. The porter who took our bags to the room was incredibly enthusiastic and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, even though it was around 11pm. He showed us where we could still get food that night and explained where everything would be in the morning. It's a small touch, but after a long day of travelling it really made a difference. One thing we've really appreciated is that there are plenty of sun loungers. There's no need for the usual early morning race to reserve one, and we've always been able to find several together. The main pool is lovely and warm. I'm not sure whether it's heated or simply warmed by the Turkish sunshine, but it's been perfect, especially in the mornings. The entertainment team work hard to get everyone involved without being pushy. They create a fun atmosphere around the resort. I'm looking forward to trying more of the activities during the week, especially the Wednesday foam party which has been recommended to us. The kids' club deserves a special mention. It's almost like a mini resort of its own, with lots of different activity rooms and around 20 staff working there during the day. The team are kind, energetic and speak multiple languages, making it easy for children from different countries to join in. They do a fantastic job of encouraging everyone to take part. Our daughter celebrated her birthday during our stay. I initially asked one of the male staff members at the kids' club, who directed me to reception. My wife then spoke with Gülner, who arranged everything for us. She organised a birthday celebration with music, a cake and even a present for our daughter. Gülner also spent time chatting with her and made her feel incredibly special. It turned what could have been just another day on holiday into a memory she'll remember for years. Thank you, Gülner. The food has been very good, with plenty of choice for everyone. Breakfast and dinner have all of the cooking stations staffed, while lunch has a few stations that aren't always occupied, although there's still a good selection available. There is a separate children's dining area, which is a nice idea but feels a little awkward in practice. We haven't quite worked out the best way to use it. You either sit in the children's area and then move to the main restaurant for the adults, or bring the children's food back to the main dining area. It might have worked better if the children's section had been incorporated more closely into the main restaurant, but it's a minor point and won't affect anyone travelling without children. Our room, in K Block on the second floor, has been quiet, clean and spacious. It has USB charging ports next to the beds, a proper full-size bed for our daughter rather than a sofa bed, a good shower and a balcony, making it very comfortable for a family stay. So far we've been having a fantastic holiday. The staff have been the standout feature, always friendly and eager to help. If the rest of our stay continues like this, I can easily see this becoming a five-star review.
