Really good holiday. We enjoyed out holiday too much. The food was good, evening show program always was interesting and impressive. Stuff is really friends especially Vika from animation team. Thank you all!

We arrived late and there were no provisions for food only water in the fridge in the room, we had multiple issues with the room as the air conditioning was rubbish and the balcony door wouldn’t lock properly, maintenance came up many times but no help really. The hotel itself was ok but not a 4 or a 5 star, the food was nice a decent selection and tasty, although by the time you wait for the kebab as many people took plates full which was greedy, make sure you get other food after as your food on plate will be cold. Finding a table was difficult at busy times so we waited until later as people would just barge into you, the snack bar was ok although there was a stampede daily for the southern fried chicken and people would take plates full which fulls, the ice cream was on from 2.30-3.30 only and this is just cone ice cream with get what you’re given, people were walking away eating 4 ice creams, the beach bar was nicer food and sea is lovely. À la carte restaurant I wouldn’t bother as it’s not à la carte it’s food served from the restaurant, the chef is in the kitchen but no cooking going on it’s the waiters going into the main restaurant getting the food from the grill, dry poor indeed, the staff are polite if you are polite which we are, what made our holiday was the bartender Sedat he was absolutely the best, made our daughter mocktails and he was always happy and polite, the best bartender there, we enjoyed our holiday as it’s what you make it but I would not return to this hotel again, the entertainment is rubbish and the songs played around pool late afternoon are not appropriate for children.

This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star standard in my opinion. It may be rated 5-star based on its facilities, but the overall experience felt much closer to a 3-star hotel. * No Wi-Fi included — you have to pay extra per person, per day. * Food is repetitive, with the same dishes served regularly and not much choice. * Rooms and the restaurant are quite run-down and definitely need updating. * The spa was disappointing and had a strange smell. * Side town is around 30 minutes away by car, and be prepared to pay around £80 for a taxi. If you're staying in the Side area, I would recommend visiting: * Land of Legends * Side Old Town * Temple of Apollo Overall, I wouldn't consider this hotel 5-star based on the quality of the rooms, food, service and overall experience.
