What can I say, from start to finish our holiday was fantastic. We were travelling as a family, 6 children and 4 adults. When we first arrived, check in was quick and we were given a free room upgrade. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool areas and rooms are spotless and cleaned to a high standard. Service is amazing, cool pool parties, delicious food, beach access. Very comfortable for all family. The reception team upgraded the room 🤩 We are very happy. Because it is a wonderful place, a special stay. I spent one week. The staff is helpful and the room service is excellen We found the location to be perfect. We wanted a beach and not just the city. We have stayed in and would definitely recommend, great for families! Thank you for an amazing time!

You are total PRO! Thank you so much for the children's embassy of peace, kindness and happiness! We were SOOOOO HAPPY to see you again this year! And we are so thankful to all animation team! Wonderful Lisa, Magy, Andy, Shaima, and of course, the director Mr Messy! Somehow he managed to be everywhere at the same time, really GREAT JOB! Would love to turn back next year! We visited the hotel 26.09-10.10 this year. We are customers of this hotel for the fourth time and we are completely satisfied. The territory is quite enough to feel private and, of course, green. This hotel stands out from the rest because it takes care of cats. There is their home and fully cared for. About the food, you can say that it is good and varied, but during the 14 days you will inevitably repeat yourself and want something else. When it comes to the staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Of course, it also depends on the visitor. It is said that the customer is the king, but it is forgotten that then you also have to act like a king. We especially want to praise the lobby bartender, whose name was Mehmet. You won't find such a polite, helpful and good communicator anywhere. As an additional service, the hotel offers SPA massage body care. There are only praises for it. The service is professional and reasonably priced. Special thanks to SPA manager Cengiz, who finds a solution for everyone who wants it. Cengiz is very knowledgeable, a good communicator and a very good partner for the hotel. The only shortcoming is the lack of English language skills, but it will probably be improved. We praise and recommend!

We visited the hotel in April (end) and May (beginning) 2024, choosing what seemed to be the optimal week as the weather peaked at a balmy 28°C, a welcome change for the season. Our initial impression of the hotel was favorable; we were pleased to find accommodations with four beds, which suited our needs perfectly. While we noticed a slight dustiness in the rooms upon arrival, we promptly brought it to the attention of the staff, and to our satisfaction, the issue was promptly addressed the following day. The hotel exuded a charming coziness, although it bore some signs of wear and tear, suggesting it could benefit from a modest refurbishment in the near future. One of its notable advantages was its convenient proximity to both the pool and the beach, a feature we appreciated immensely. The beach itself was stunning, and we extend our gratitude to the vigilant lifeguard who ensured our safety throughout our stay. A highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the entertainment team, particularly Lizaveta, whose infectious enthusiasm left a lasting impression on us. Her zest for life and encouragement to embrace every moment resonated deeply, inspiring me to seize the opportunities presented. I eagerly participated in the plethora of activities offered, finding each one to be immensely enjoyable. By the week's end, I had committed every mini disco dance to memory, a testament to the sheer delight of the experience. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, particularly to mature individuals and families with children. Its intimate size ensures minimal walking distance to the beach, making it an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and leisure. Oh and the cats made the stay even better.
