Just returned from 10 days at the Liberty, an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the pre-arrival correspondence with Emin the reception manager who dealt with questions promptly, and whilst there, who was always willing to speak however busy such a nice helpful guy. From the moment you arrive its clear the No 1 focus is on customer service and the desire to make sure everything is just right. Step beyond the hotel's building and you will be amazed at the pool areas and grounds leading to the beach. They are stunning, spacious and so relaxing and when you couple that with the effort to serve you wherever you are they were ideal. Jan the rollerblading waiter was amazing, funny, chatty and just a complete one off guy flying around with a tray of drinks. Just everything was aimed at looking after guests and when you saw the number of staff on duty to do that its clear management have thought about what is needed to make it happen. The buffet restaurant did an amazing job through all the servings with so much choice and when you added in the outdoor barbecue and live Tai cooking station plus outdoor poolside dining it was delightful. The daytime Pizza station near the beach covered any casual eating if you didn't want to venture to the dining room. The included visit to the a-la-carte restaurant ( the Turkish) was top quality, a six course multi menu serving by attentive staff. All the bars were well staffed with only short waits for table service with a vast choice of inclusive drinks both inside the hotel and around the pools. Our housekeeping star, Sibel Sew, kept our room spotless and what a delight to see her smiling face daily greeting us. Its hard to single out staff when so many of them looked after us but these guys were the ones who we came into contact with most. Emin on reception so hardworking and humble in wanting to answer all questions. Hilal in the dining room so efficient, no empty wine glasses here, and a standout guy. Guney a waiter who popped up everywhere, so happy and pleasant, working so hard but always found time to chat. Nur in the Tlos bar, her smiling welcome encouraged frequent visits. Finally Mustafa, Customer Relations Desk, just quite the most amazing chap you could wish to meet. Not the usual secondary, limited hours service, more a hands on dedicated man, so eloquent and interested in guests. He phoned our room to check all ok, visited the restaurant at night and did a table visit at the a-la-carte it felt all guests were special to him. General comments, the rooms are very comfortable with free stocked mini bar and safe, they are showing minor upgrade items neede but nothing to cause an issue. Management are aware of the need to move forward whilst balancing that with shutting the hotel for works, on balance it's got far too many positives as it is so just carry on you will not be disappointed. Entertainment was provided on six nights, a bit mixed but it was slightly out of season so no big deal, we did see several quality singing groups though. Getting around, use the local buses with a contactless debit card, 18Tl equivalent to 44p single fare even to Antalya City, very frequent, quick and clean. An exceptional holiday made perfect by the Liberty and its staff. Will definitely return.

“Five Star Experience”

I'm very picky when it comes to hotel stays in regards to cleanliness, hygiene and food but this was definitely the best all inclusive resort I have visited. I'm very picky when it comes to hotel stays in regards to cleanliness, hygiene and food but this was definitely the best all inclusive resort I have visited. Upon arrival, the staff were very friendly and attentive taking our bags and directing us to refreshments they had available. I'm not sure if the little refreshments they had in the lobby are there all year round or if it's because it was their new year but they had a range of waters, juices, baklava, biscuits and other sweet treats. The bedrooms are kept very clean with a minibar that is restocked daily. There is plenty of variety at the buffet every breakfast, lunch and dinner time and the food is actually tasty. Only thing we weren't happy about were the scrambled eggs were incredibly wet and the beans seemed to be homemade haricot/cannelli beans in tomato ketchup rather than something resembling a British baked bean. The grill section on the evenings were incredible with a range of fish, lamb, kebabs and more. There was also a Thai noodle bar which we didn't get the chance to try but smelled amazing. There is no iron at the hotel but they do have laundry facilities where you can get your clothes washed/dry cleaned/ironed. It's not too pricey either - it was roughly €3 to get a skirt ironed from what I recall. We took 2 trips to Land of Legends on 1 day. Once in the morning for the theme park, we returned to the hotel to freshen up and went back again on the evening to visit NEMO restaurant (Which was incredible - worth the visit). We used the taxi service to get there as advised by the hotel but it was super expensive. Uber was a lot cheaper however Ubers are not allowed to pick up customers from the hotels in that area as it takes business away from the yellow taxis which charge a set fee for destinations. So, if you are planning on visiting Land of Legends, either take the bus (which we got for about 85p (cant remember the price in Lira)) or walk out of the hotel entrance before booking your Uber. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Antalya. Everything was perfect and we were very sad to leave. Also we travelled without our little one but it absolutely seems like the perfect place to bring young children. We'd love to return with him one day.

We booked this hotel for a friend’s special birthday with a large group of others. From the moment we arrived with the porters taking our luggage, to reception to check in offered a glass of fizz was efficient with friendly staff. The variety of drinks and service on offer is great. The food was so varied and we loved the oven baked pizzas near the beach for lunch. We dined in the Turkish restaurant which was lovely then the Italian which wasn’t to our taste but still nice. A special mention to Mustafa on guest services who is so helpful and accommodating. Also Elvis and the ladies Gigem (I think!) and Mariam who serve tirelessly in the lobby bar. If you like games you’ll love the entertainment team lots to do to keep busy. I would highly recommend this hotel and the staff are the best we have known on holiday always smiling and offering to help.
