This was our first time in Turkey and it was amazing ! Hotel has a very nice atmosphere, it's very well organized and has clean rooms. Super nice staff, respectful and responsible! Awesome entertainment team with fantastic programs thanks to their manager Mr. Onur Doyuran and team members Fatih, Serkan and Aysenur! Responsible, agile and friendly medical team thanks to Dr. Sam who's taking care of the guests 24/7 with his big heart ♡ I definitely recommend this hotel :)

a very nice hotel for families and groups of friends. lots of attractions, activities and games. special thanks to Sarkan, always smiling and very helpful. different themed dinners every day. bar open until 1.00. rooms clean and well-kept. very good contact with the staff

Fantastic week for three families with young children. Exceeded expectations and will definitely return. The complex is exceptionally clean, with smiling staff constantly on the go. Food was varied and delicious, they cater for so many tastes. Every person I encountered who worked at Pegasos world was friendly and welcoming, and they seemed genuinely happy to work there. Whilst lots of people did claim sun-beds, there is plenty to go around, and lots of shady spots too. The pool had enough for all our children to choose from (ages 3 to 9) and plenty for older kids and adults too. Snack bars were also great, and had some brilliant options for adults and kids. Toilets always clean throughout the resort Water park was brilliant and the lifeguards at all of the pools were observant and always checking on kids. Beach was gorgeous and evening entertainment was fun. We stayed in block 3 and while no fault with the room itself other than a bit dated, I didn’t like the children’s beds closer to the noisy corridors and door. Whilst there are plenty of signs saying to respect rooms and stay quiet in the corridors not many pay attention to that, but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Highly recommend the Deluxe 2 bedroom suite if available (which friends stayed in) as they are more modern and have a proper separate bedroom that hasn’t got a window that looks out onto a corridor. Biggest bugbear was the prices of the supermarket. If your kids will fancy a biscuit or some crisps then pack some. The shop is insanely overpriced. Same for the pool floats and snorkels etc. The other shops selling gifts and clothes are all excellent with lovely owners. Kids are sad to leave, adults equally so! Looking forward to returning next year.

Had a week stay here, it is a lovely hotel where you do have everything you need, I stayed with a friend but it is great for families and young children also. Bus stop is right outside the hotel, can get to side town in 10 minutes for about 2 euro (30 lira ish) the taxis do try and persuade you, but taking the bus is considerably cheaper, would recommend trips to Side and Manavagat. Entertainment team were fantastic and go above and beyond, enjoyed the daytime activities and the classes put on, definitely something for everyone and if you want to be active there are many options! Shoutout to Brodie, Eva, Sirkan, Kevin, Sibu, Malik, Fati and their manager as they work hard to keep guests happy. They are also located in the shack near the pool for any questions and help. I haven’t been all inclusive before so this was my first time, plenty on offer at all mealtimes, we did eat out twice in Side and I found this was a nice way to break it up though. Beach was lovely, enough choice of bars for drinks, pools are spacious and the children’s pool is separate. Only downside is that we stayed in block 3 which was pretty noisy in the evening with doors slamming and some loud voices at night, after looking at other reviews it seems block 3 is the noiser area so avoid if you can, people also did put towels on the sunbeds quite early morning but is not unexpected at resorts just be mindful if there is a group of you, you might need to do the same! No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
