I am writing this whilst still here but nearing the end of my stay. We have had a wonderful time and would absaloutly return. We have had no issue with staff and have found them all polite and eager to help, a please and thank you go a long way. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and kept very cool with great air con which is needed. Rooms are cleaned every day and mini fridge topped with fizzy drinks and water. We have found the entire hotel to be clean and staff are constantly cleaning tables, floors, improving the area. The food is something I can't beleive is moaned about, there is so much of it and it all fresh and replenished constantly. We've never even made it in for lunch yet as the snack bar provides enough to create a full lunch. The snack bar always has a salad bar, burgers, chips and pizza and then a few different options that change daily such as kebab, chicken nuggets, grilled meats. The main dining hall offers meat, fish, breads, salads, pastas, and beautiful desserts. How anyone goes hungry is beyond me. We've only had one meal out to experience old town and have brought the odd bag of crisps for the room. There is always a sunbed but people do get up at the crack of dawn and reserve them. Staff do give warnings about not doing this but of course people don't listen, so I'd say yes you need to get down fairly sharpish to get a decent spot. The pool is a lovely temperature and again clean. Slides are great and never huge lines. Personally I think the 4 hours a day for slides is plenty. The life guards are amazing, very on the ball and so friendly. Entertainment is fab, lots of dance shows but very high quality. Never an issue to get a chair to watch it so you don't need to there an hour before to get a seat. My youngest has enjoyed kids club and the entertainment team are lovely, they work tirelessly to make it fun. The day time entertainment is never ending, volleyball, water polo, darts, yoga aerobics. You'll never be bored and the staff include everyone but aren't pushy about it. The beach is beautiful and has a lovely set up for hotel guests only. Plenty of sunbeds, clean toilets, a covered snack bar with yet more food and a bar that serves wine, beer and soft drinks. They offer ice cream at a certain time and there's a lady who makes fresh bread stuffed with cheese. It's easily the best hotel beach set up down there. Getting the shuttle is easy too, it runs every 15 minutes from the side of the hotel. Things to improve on: The bar lines get very big, I don't think it's as bad as other reviews have stated but it's rarely an empty bar. I think more staff on the bar is probably needed. As others have said the alcohol is very weak however they will add more if asked. The cocktails are beautiful especially in the lobby bar. There is a vitamin bar you can pay extra for and it's worth the odd treat. The rep when you arrive is pushy and didn't like me telling him we wouldn't attend the meeting. We like to go with the flow and do things at our own pace, we don't want a million trips planned out and definitely don't want to spend our first morning listening to a sales pitch. He didn't like that and implied it wasnt safe to organise things ourselves. We've managed just fine. Over all we've had a wonderful stay, we would definitely return and I think you'd have to be extremely picky to not enjoy the hotel.

The hotel in the whole has lots to offer but lacks the level of service you would expect in certain areas. The hotel in the whole has lots to offer but lacks the level of service you would expect in certain areas. The rooms are very nice but do have some in season mild cosmetic damage…a slight hike at bottom of interior door, various marks on walls & doors. We stayed in a land view family jacuzzi room. It had two single beds and a double bedroom which had sliding doors to access the balcony. Personally where we were was the quieter side of the hotel and better views in my opinion. A beautiful view of the mountains. The other side is the pool and the entertainment so more noisier. You could close the door between rooms creating a two bedroom suite. Each the twin bed room and the double has its own air conditioning which can be controlled individually and it went very cold which was great in 40 degree heat. The bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and was clean , however there was no shower gel in dispenser but we had bought our own so was not an issue. The mini bar which is free was stocked with Fanta, Pepsi and water and replenished daily. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and changed the towels. The jacuzzi is really a whirlpool bath,that you fill up via the tap and it has jets. You can empty and refill as needed. It was not filled on arrival. At night till late 1am you have children running up and down the corridors and as all the rooms open onto a landings which are over the lobby area it is noisy for all rooms! The hotel never did anything about this or the children’s parents!! Facilities wise there is everything you need….however certain things are only available at certain times ie: ice cream, the patisserie and snack bar which creates queues. They also only ever have one member of staff manning them which again causes queues which starts to get annoying and you are not able to fully access in my opinion the all inclusive you have been sold! The buffet is plentiful but not a lot of choice for us as things you thought I’ll have that was ruined with something else added exp: scrambled eggs with onion. The alcoholic cocktails are definitely watered down. There are flies around and unfortunately I’m not sure whether it was this aspect, ice in drinks or the food which was the cause of the two stomach upsets I had during my 7 day stay and my son also had it to separate to myself. This kind if then made me conscious and anxious as to what I ate and drank, as I became aware I was not the only holidaymaker to experience this! All the staff are friendly and pleasant, on arrival there is a member of staff who takes all your bags up to your room for you which was a nice touch but he does expect to be tipped! What blighted the holiday was the endless salesmen that you encountered around the pool everyday. A tattoo artist, a sports bar, the hotel spa, the hotel hairdresser/barber, the paid for cocktail pool stand, they are very pushy! I cannot comment on the kids club or the entertainment as we have older children and we only went to one entertainment night as they were all acrobatic performances each night. The kids mini disco is for 45 mins each night before the entertainment act. There are the fake handbag and shoe shops in inside the hotel and off the hotel site a short 5 min walk. The hotel shuttle to the beach operates every 15 mins.

Before arriving at this hotel, I read many reviews. A lot of them were negative, but I think it all depends on your expectations. If you keep in mind that this is not a luxury hotel, you won't be disappointed. It has its flaws, just like other hotels in Turkey during the peak of the season. The struggle for sunbeds is definitely a downside, including people taking them from each other (we experienced this once), and the drinks at the all-inclusive bar are weak. However, the pros far outweigh these minor drawbacks. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily, and the minibar is restocked every day as well. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (with the exception of the reception desk). Naturally, Turkish guests are able to get more done with the staff due to the lack of a language barrier, but knowing a few words in Turkish always got me a warmer welcome. I completely fail to understand the negative comments about the food. It is actually one of the hotel's biggest highlights—varied and delicious. I would gladly take the fresh morning rolls and the kebabs back home with me! The cleanliness in the dining hall was practically flawless; I even saw a housekeeper standing next to a 5-year-old boy who kept dropping food while filling his plate, instantly sweeping it off the floor. The waterslides were fantastic for my sons—they were absolutely thrilled with them. The pool is also very pleasant and not too small at all. Old Town Side isn't particularly close, but getting there by taxi is hassle-free, and there is a shopping center nearby where we bought plenty of souvenirs and other items. When we had an issue with the electricity in our room, the technicians fixed it within 5 minutes. A big shout-out to the animators and the evening entertainment, especially Turkish Night—the dance troupe gave a brilliant performance, followed by great dancing with the guests. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
