The season wasn't opened,but everyone was so cute and so friendly, the beach is beautiful, animation people is verry cute like this jong woman Dilek see pictures, security Güler is verry helpful and cute ,Jou have too see it by your self come and enjoy your vacation.

I think it suitable for family trips. It has very friendly staff. I can mention Mila who was very helpful and friendly. People at the reception are also will help you resolve any issue. However, you should book a free table at Al Carte restaurant as early as possible since then I had to talk to not quite friendly woman at the customer service desk. The altitude wasn’t so respectful, maybe it’s because of my ethnicity or smth. The territory is quite big and might a time to get to the beach, but I still liked it. Food was also quite good. They have a coffee house and snack bar near the beach. Again, everything was great, except an altitude I received from the woman at customer service. I really liked that most of the staff speaks turkish, not russian. However, you will not meet a lot of europeans here.

“Twice in Süral.”

I was second time there. Even Hotel is old but I like the garden, beach, a new beach Coffee Hous. Not nosy, cosy atmosphere, good situated, good massage, frendly personal and tasty borek in beach restaurant.

At the beginning I would like to point out that this was my seventh holiday in Turkey and this time, unfortunately, I am a bit disappointed when it comes to the hotel. The Sural hotel does not look like a 5 star hotel, it is old and run down. The rooms are very average, in the rooms on level 0 there is terrible humidity and cobwebs on the furniture. We were given one of these rooms and had to ask for a change as we would not have been able to spend our holiday in such terrible conditions. Fortunately, we were offered another room. The food is very tasty.I recommend ordering dinner a la carte. In my opinion one of the biggest advantages of the hotel. Delicious food with live music and a sea view. The service is very nice and friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Great coffee bar on the beach.There is also a snack bar by the beach. The food there is okay, but it's a terrible mess, the staff are not eager to clean up dirty plates. There is clearly no person supervising the work of service in this place. Very good drinks at the pool bar and lobby bar, but in the evenings you have to wait a long time in the queue. The beach is beautiful, wide and sandy, gently shelving to the sea. Sufficient number of sunbeds. I did not use the spa offer, but on the day of departure I was there to take a shower and change clothes.It was a very unpleasant experience as the showers are disgusting and there is mold on the ceiling. The place does not encourage you to use any treatments at all. Overall, I can say that I am relatively satisfied with my holiday because I wanted to rest and spend a nice time with my husband, but I will not recommend this hotel to other people, unless someone does not have high expectations for a 5 star hotel.
