Fantastic friendly staff food delicious

Excursion we took in Germany including train was horrendous a lot of money to sit on a coach for 3 hours plus 20 minutes in bremma which was rushed no headphones working so could not hear what was going on really awful day and the guide was very bad

Many, many problems with accounting. Duplicate and overcharges, with items added after disembarkation and subsequent removal of funds from my Master Card.

The shows were amazing,the standard was like watching a west end show. The singing & dancing were phenomenalMost crew were also brilliant.

The air conditioning often wasn’t working & the ship was either too hot or too cold.

Destinations were the reason for travel and were good but some were abandoned due to weather conditions. The alternatives were very good though.

There is a wide spread issue with the way that bar charges are recorded when a drinks package has been purchased. Most people are experiencing the same thing but ignoring it as they had not reached their limit on their chosen package. The inaccuray of recording purchases was a huge negative for us and was a downer for our holiday experience due to the frequency with which it happened. Presumably the ship does want to record accurately what people are actually consuming but if the staff frequently increase this amount - then why bother? We did report it but were fobbed off making us think tha the management are in on whatever the scam actually is.
