Overall Cruise was great, no issues.

No negative comments about the cruise, although lack of important information from mi agencia created problems on board.

The whole cruise was everything we hoped for Can’t say enough about the staff at the cruise dock our taxi didn’t arrive the lady in charged used her phone and got us sorted

Nothing negative .Did not need medical services but other passengers complained re costs

Lovely cabin and food

No additional entertainment on an unexpected sea day because could not dock in Amsterdam

main dining room catered for lactose intolerant and our cabin steward was brilliant. Embarkation was very good but disembarkation was a shambles.

The whole experience, understaffed which resulted in staff being rude, discourteous and cold food, no christmas songs at all except for a carol concert, nothing arranged on board when we had to miss Amsterdam, movies on a continuous 24 hour loop, reception staff extremely unhelpful, duty free goods not stocked properly and no on board shop for essentials. Will never use CmV again.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly

Two destinations had to be cancelled because of bad weather, and one of the alternative destinations (Cherbourg instead of Guernsey) was a bigdisappointment

Shows were fantastic, brilliant dance team

Disorganized disembarkation, chaotic

Loved the ship and crew, relaxed feel to the vessel. Captain visible and sociable.

Slightly disorganized. Entertainment could be lazier.

Excellent food!

Inside cabin is a bit dark (needs better lighting)
