The ship was very spacious clean and nicely decorated and the crew were very helpful and friendly.

Lack of information for the ports, allocating bunk bed to over 80 year olds, which we knew they did to several passengers. We asked if the bus stopped in Banbridge and we were informed that we had to get the bus in Belfast, even though the bus stopped in Banbridge for 20 minutes, (home town), which would have saved us a £55 taxi ride and the travel time to go even further away from Dublin. Also the alcohol measures on the ship were incorrect, we asked for Port and we were given a 4cl measure, as per your bar menu, the correct measure for Port is 50cl or 70cl. We didn''t get it again! Also the embarkation information at a Port was incorrect, we were told by reception that the shuttle bus ran every hour, after waiting on the ship for 45 minutes we left the ship only to be told by the bus company that the bus ran every 30 minutes, also on the shuttle bus 4 male crew members sat on the back seat while pensioners stood ( with their walking aids) they did not offer their seats.The Bistro does not accommodate enough passengers inside when the ship is at sea, there is not enough seating area unless you want to get wet or blown away. The dancing class was too advanced and involving too much spinning around for OAP''s who were the majority of your passengers. Not enough variety on the evening entertainment. The cinema afternoon was impossible to watch as the resolution was not sufficient for the size of the screen, most people left! Your engine room tour was overpriced, we have done it before on other ships, you just had to put your name down and the 1st 20 people went for free.

food good, price excellent, cabins good size.

rushed in restaurants, food order incorrect. first day was like a scrum and not very nice. queuing for taxi for 1 hour on leaving boat at Bristol

Lovely ship food was fantastic staff friendly apart from one bar lady who did not smile I think she thought herself superior to us ignored you in the corridor also she worked in the captain s bar had her hair in a bun on top of her head but she was only one out of hundreds

Dirty glasses for about 4 nights running in the captains bar there was lipstick still on them had to check before we drank from them and say to the waiters I would like mine in a clean glass so I saw them checking them before serving us after that they were clean as we checked them all the time
