Cancellation of itinerary and having to disembark half way through the cruise and ensuring additional costs. I have already submitted a complain and claim to mi agencia for Cunard

Very relaxing bed & bedding wonderful!
Bit too efficient in King''s Court buffet felt as tho they were hovering over us to take our plate

Staff all great
Very little info before we went regarding eating and gala nights so wasted time when we got there finding things out as it was assumed we already knew.Finding out service charge is optional AFTER we have paid bill, very annoying!

Very well staffed in restaurants.
Dated spa area with poor maintenance. Excessively high wine prices and internet.
