waiter in Red Velvet restaurant Marc''s service was exceptional. He was so attentive and helpful and made every effort to make our visit memorable

Convenient boarding points, good service on ship, food good, great destinations.

Security team on entry & exits of ship were not friendly, check in was very disorganised, no explanations given, not friendly, took over 1 hour to complete despite arriving at designated time slot,Very very disappointed to find out that staff DO NOT get the tips / gratuaties we prepaid. We were informed they were compulsory.
