The restaurant

The food and the very friendly, happy staff in the el campo restaurant especially Ayash kumar muttySantos marel Cruz And Karen de Alberto Excellent waiters.??We looked forward to our dinner every evening.

Disappointed that the ship GRANDIOSA didn’t offer sit down dining waiter service at lunch time. The queues to enter the buffet area were very long and very noisy.

great value. the grandiosa is a beautiful ship. it was a great experience. first time cruising with you, we are already looking to rebook. from the the first day of booking, until the end of the cruise was first class

Less variants of food, big line

The staff in Yacht Club were excellent and a credit to MSC.

The excursions tended to be limited to bus tours or bike tours, and could do with a bit more variety such as visits to local farms or vineyards, into the countryside, etc.

The staff are great cabin steward waiting staff all work extremely hard the room is well appointed main dining room was good.

The buffet is horrible, so much so that I avoided and missed breakfast and lunch in more then one occasion. Ok you can eat those meals in the purple crab but the service in there wasn''t the best. there are no quieter places if s bar has nothing going on then it''s closed. We where kicked out of a bar even though it was open to the galleria just because it wasn''t serving drinks.

Nice ship and destinations

For dinner, waiters (firstly our waiter and later his senior) tried to push 5 of us to the small table for 4. Until we complained to main manager. Also tried to charge us for water which was included in price. Not nice at all

Bar Service

To crowded expecially the Buffet restaurant, noisy room, Rome tour cancelled, Rude reception and restaurant manager, Ruined Wife''s 60th celebration. To top it all both returned with Covid
