Cabin and evening meal

Awful buffet area,too crowded,not enough seats

the effort of the staff to resolve any problem

the lack of staff in areas such as bars at busy times and a general lack of organisation.

The destinations were stunning.

The restaurant food was good but I''ve eaten better on cruises.

Entertainment and staff

Our shower leaked into our cabin and left a musky smell.

Shows excellent and the ports we stopped at.

Bar staff could ask you if you want another drink when your glass is empty

Friday staff, nice show, excellent spa and gym.

The best valued services are Quality/Price, Room Service, Shows

Overall cleanliness of the ship and excellent staff.

Early dining at 6.30 or late at 9 - freedom dining only for Aurea clients.
