This is a great way to see the Canaries and Madeira, no packing and unpacking or driving. Temperatures in the low to mid 20''s is pleasant. We enjoyed the holiday overall. Value for money for sure

We prefer dining options rather than buffet. Great service and attention which was a little let down by very edible and well presented dishes, but most were decidedly average. We''ve had better on previous cruises.

The weather was good.

Tough chewy meat dishes. Only a small part of population are vegan yet the menu in restaurants catered as if they were a very large minority.

Lovely ship and friendly helpful staff.

Did not like the queuing for evening dinner, much prefer the virtual queue we had on Arvia.

Lovely and relaxing.Done what it said on the tin.

Eventually had to move cabin after four days complaining about lack of hot water . There seemed to be a lot of issues over plumbing .

All staff were excellent, well trained , courteous and polite and always willing to assist .

Ship is a little dated , but spotlessly clean .Had an issue with cabin credit which spoiled the whole holiday .

The food was superb and well presented

The entertainment onboard in the theatre was only a selection of musicians and there were no shows available, so if you did not like a tribute act to Bruno Mars for example, you would not go. The Flight back on Tui was very unpleasant. The airconditioning / heating was none existent with temperatures in single figures on board having been in temperatures of nearly 40C in Malta earlier that day. The cabin crew said that there was a fault with the heating even on the outbound flight. Totally unacceptable that there was a fault with the plane when leaving UK. No blankets or hot drinks offered and the crew could not care less. They said that they have to work in it!

Food and drink almost always available. 3 out 4 ports were excellent locations.

Katakolon is an ugly port of call which can be easily swapped for better ones on the same route. Compared with others, time in port is very limited. In Split we could have easily stayed for more hours. Entry to Valletta was way early (5.00am). Ship was steaming at low knots.Compared to others, shows could be upgraded. The type of fuel used is not ecofriendly and produces H2S (drainage smell).
