Freeport, is a city and a district belonging to the archipelago of the Bahamas, on the isle of Grand Bahama.
The city is the largest of the island, and the second of the country behind the capital, Nassau.
Tourism is a very important fo the island, as it receives more than one million visits a year. Most of them visit the city, in Lucaya, a precolumbian place of the island of Grand Bahamas.
