Stockholm

Sweden’s capital city spreads out over 14 islands in Lake Mälaren and looks out proudly to the Baltic Sea to the east. Her grand public buildings, palaces, rich cultural history and museums tell her 700 year-old history beautifully. Nowhere is this better illustrated than in the Old Town (Gamla Stan); expect and get cobblestone streets, crooked but beautifully preserved buildings, the Royal Palace, gothic churches and excellent cafés, bars, restaurants and Swedish design-ware shops

Stavanger

Only a few places in the world have such a characteristic and wonderful nature as the west of Norway or the Fjords. Many of these fjords are deep and steep, with waterfalls and mountainsides that are thrown sharply into the sea. But in the Norway of the Fjords you will find at the same time, wide and smooth fjords, where fertile agricultural land and abundant fishing have created a visible being. Long distances and high mountains make the coastal culture. Here is very well preserved both the art of shipbuilding as the old commercial places.

Greenwich is the place where East meets West, the Greenwich Meridian (0° longitude) and where we get the GMT (Greenwich Meridien Time) time zone. Some of the attractions found are the National Maritime Museum, The Old Royal Naval College, The Royal Observatory, the Cutty Sark ship, and the Gipsy Moth, a yacht that became a symbol of British sailing heritage after having sailed on it's own around the world.
