“Exceptional Hotel! ”
Hotel Carmen was amazing. It’s set in the central part of Shkodër, Albania and so is near everything. The reception team were so welcoming and helpful to advise places to go and eat. “Great location, charming owners”
You will be in the main pedestrian street The car park is just 1 block around The owners are friendly and smiley just like every Albanians and you feel welcome I had a very nice breakfast The rooms are well furnished and confortable and think it is a really good value

“Acceptable”
Great location, on the Pedonale witch is the best place in Shkoder. Cold and very poor breakfast, bad smell inside the room because the bathroom doesn't have an an aspiration system. Overall is acceptable.

This nice hotel is located at the popular spot, which many restaurants and cafes are a stone’s throw away.
