A great deal for it’s centrality in Tirana. All the facilities offered were working and in good order. The true gem of this hotel is their front desk lady, Nertila. We had to have an entry and exit stamp to be able to avoid quarantine on our return to Abu Dhabi. Three days before we were due to leave, we discovered that we never had entry stamps since our employment in Abu Dhabi meant that we had visa-free travel. This set us off on a bit of a wild goose chase initially, trying to contact the immigration police in order to procure a stamp in the passport. Fortunately for us, Nertila availed her skill sets, more than could ever be expected at a hotel, and she set about calling numbers off her own phone, translating and explaining the problem. She wasn’t put off after the first two or three calls yielded no solution - she kept at it and ultimately we had our passports stamped at the Commissioner of Immigration Services’ offices and made it back to Abu Dhabi quarantine free. I’ve saved this hotel on my Google maps, and recommended it to multiple friends and colleagues who have since travelled to Albania solely because if they have a problem, Nertila will solve it.

KEIT hotel is located approx. 30 mins. drive from TIA Airport, The RingCenter Mall is a 5 mins. walk, and the city center is 15 mins. walk It seems that the hotel mostly is used by surgery-trip-tourists (nearby hospitals in the area), so you must prepare yourself for a breakfast reminding you more of a hospital than a hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor on the backside which had a small balcony, a comfy bed, good aircon, plenty of storage and electrical outlets. Wifi was good and reliable and tv with many channels. There is also a small fridge which is handy in the heat. (you might want to have a look at the curtains, they need a wash). Bathroom is with shower where toilet is inside the shower cubicle, plenty of space and hot water. Breakfast is served from 7-10AM, with a good selection, fresh bread and fruits. I had some meals from the restaurant which was of good quality and reasonably priced. The roof terrace was not available, but you can sit outside on the ground floor, with the constant fumes of cars delivering what looks like traffic victims :-) The hotel is kept clean, fluffy towels and crisp linnen. I found most staff to be very friendly and helpful. A note to Hotel Keit, I actually choose your hotel because of your advertised roof terrace, which was not available. For me an honest description is very important when booking, you should remove this so guests dont get disapointed.
