I'll start by saying that the location of this hotel is perfect, right in the center of Tirana, close to many restaurants, bar, clubs (nightlife) and shopping districts, all are easy to get to by walking. The hotel itself is stunning, interior decoration is done up to the tiny details, atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful and very welcoming. Staff are really nice and helpful, always smiling and eager to help, from the moment of the check in the reception and until checking out, although during our early check-out they forgot our breakfast boxed that we ordered so need to pay attention to that one. The rooms are very spacious and beautiful and well equipped with everything that is needed for the perfect stay, from slipper and bath robe to safe to good quality shampoo and body soap. Breakfast is very good although I would suggest to change it a bit as it's always the same every morning while only the desserts are changing so it gets boring after few days. SPA is cool, the indoor pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful and very clean, the rooftop tanning balcony has an amazing view, the lobby is great and the restaurant lounge bar is stunning and very tasty for dinner, sometimes even with live shows. Treatments at the SPA are very good and hotel guests receive 20% discount. The WiFi is a weak spot as it's not fast and not stable at all, most of the time doesn't work properly. Bed is comfortable and shower is clean and water pressure can be a bit stronger. I would recommend not to take a room facing the bar as it gets noisy during the weekends and really affecting your sleeping quality unfortunately. Besides that great place to stay and we will definitely come back on our next visit to Tirana.

I stayed in this hotel as part of a tour of Albania, spending my first three nights in the country here followed by the last night. For the first three nights I had a deluxe room, which had lots of space and a small but very adequately sized balcony. The bathroom was massive and I have never had a shower with its own French balcony before! The second stay arrived late and left very early for a flight so I only had a basic single room. Checking in both occasions was fantastic, checking out was slightly confused on the first trip because the first two nights I’ve booked direct and the other one had been booked by the tour operator so there was confusion about my restaurant bill which I was convinced I hadn’t paid. The second checkout was early in the morning around 5 am, which the hotel had booked a taxi for to the airport and logistically everything was perfect, but the guy checking us out didn’t seem in the best of moods and insisted on checking the rooms of three of us before we left. Partly this was to check the mini Bar, which was a somewhat excessive amount of product to go through as it is in exceptionally well stocked perhaps overly so. However, they did give us breakfast boxes which was appreciated. I did get a chance to use the spa facilities twice, it has a warm indoor pool, a spa bath which was warm on the first day and not so much on the second time I used it, a very good steam room and a sauna with an ice fountain between them. The spa was a lovely experience with nice changing rooms, although the floor around the pool was quite slippery. I had dinner on my first night in the rooftop restaurant dining solo, both the staff and the food were lovely. There is a 10% discount for hotel guests so three courses including wine and bottled water was the equivalent of £32, which was exceptional value for the location, the food quality and the fabulous service. On my last night in Albania I also had dinner as part of our group with a set menu and again the service was fantastic. The choices for breakfast were eclectic and ample. The hotel itself is in a great location not far from the absolute centre of the city and close to the park with its artificial lake. It’s also quite a nice up market neighbourhood with a number of bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops to hand. It’s also only a reasonable and flat walk to all the main city centre attractions.
