“first class friendly hotel.”
Excellent service, any problems brought to staff attention was dealt with within the day, huge, comfy beds, restaurant attached, great choice at breakfast, excellent secure parking. Yes we will choose it again.

“Perfect Stay with Friends!”
Stayed at Sercotel Ciutat D'Alcoi with friends, and it was amazing! The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the pool (or another feature you enjoyed) and the cosy common areas where we could hang out. The location was perfect, close to all the best spots.… more

“Great stay at an affordable price.”
Sercotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. We were able to find street parking close by. Overall I feel like our stay here was a bargain and would stay again. The AC was cold and beds we're nice. The only thing I can think of … more

“Great location”
Friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Nowhere to get coffee in the hotel during the afternoon - coffee making facilities would have been nice, even if just a machine in the reception area. Restaurant was excellent
