“Excellent location, but significantly overpriced.”
Severely overpriced for what it offers. The hotel charges resort-level prices without providing basic amenities like a swimming pool or kids’ club. Rooms are large but very basic, and the Grand Cafe failed to accommodate children with food allergies. Reception staff at check-in need to upskill.
