“Good value but taxis cannot find it”
This hotel is good value for Luanda (which isn't saying much). Rooms are okay, though very small bathrooms. Wifi pretty much works. Breakfast is poor. The main problem is that, being new, no taxi drivers know where it is, so you can wait 30-60 minutes for a taxi to come to pick you up. The hote… more
