“Great Stay”
Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and were very happy with our choice. On a quite street (relatively for this part of the city). Rooms were spacious but would benefit from some maintenance. “Great location”
This is a great location for 2nd time visitors to Buenos Aires. It is in a new and upcoming area with lots of great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed walking the area and felt very safe. It is fairly close to the cruise terminals and the domestic airport.

“Great little hotel - some surrounding streets are not the best...”
The hotel itself is very good - with not too many rooms on each floor and plenty of space at breakfast. The price is good, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is OK - but some of the surrounding streets are not great to be walking down - especially at night.

“It is time to remodel the hotel.”
The location is good but the hotel is rather old. The faucets in the shower are did not function well so it is hard to balance between the hot and cold water. Palermo is the nicest spot in Buenos Aires. It's the place to be if you're in town. So i can say the top quality of the hotel is its location ! Hotel is normal.
