We were so grateful for the friendly staff during our our week-long stay at Urbanica. About the room: Our room was more of a double-double than a suite, but it worked fine for us. There's a small refrigerator that was wonderfully empty of tiny bottles and sodas. The kitchenette has dishes and good cabinet space. Also a desk and cafe table plus a table on the balcony. The beds are very comfortable as are the pillows. The closet has plenty of space though it could use a few more hangers. There is a safe but its not big enough to fit an 11" computer. Our room had a somewhat big stereo unit in it which had a phone adaptor but the stereo wouldn't play from the phone. Happily, we travel with our own speaker. Even on the fifth floor, the water got hot quickly. The housekeeping staff was great. Orilla, the restaurant: Once we finally ate at the restaurant, we were challenged to want to eat anywhere else, so for our remaining four nights, we didn't! Breakfast is included in the stay. It's meh. There's plenty offered in the bread/carb department, otherwise its eggs and a kind of bacon that didn't please me. I have to say though, the worst part of the entire stay, and my one complaint, was the coffee offered at Breakfast. I've had bad, burnt army coffee that was better. I couldn't drink it. By day three, I was going to Starbucks in the evening to buy two Venti coffees for the drinking the next morning. I did not have access to styling tools (curling iron or straightener) during my stay due to BA being 220v. I would love to see the hotel offer such amenities on loan to guests. The Area: We really liked the location. Two doors down from the hotel there is a lovely manicure/pedicure shop. There's a large Carrefour a couple of blocks away. China town is nearby with excellent sushi restaurants. There are other great restaurants nearby like Cafe Leon which offers delicious Keto dishes and more. A gym is a few doors down which I believe offers day passes. All in all, we were very pleased by our stay. Many thanks to the staff for all of your help and kindness during our stay!

“Great location and great staff”

This is a small hotel with a boutique feel to it. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful and patient. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The restaurant is great for dinner, although the breakfast buffet needs a bit more variety.

“Nice place to stay if you need to work”

Good position, great environment if you have to work. You have all the space you need, the room are confortable and the people in charge are very nice. The breakfast is nice. The only bad thing I found, was a funny small in the room.

The staff was very good . The first night I got stained bedsheets( colored specific body fluids) I wanted to run away. After apologies again and again we stayed. The service wascordual the internet a disaster. The infrastructure is not there.
