“Value for money, great central location”

You can’t beat the location. On the street with a selection of restaurants and bars. 2 mins walk to the main square, which is mediocre, and 10 mins walk to the main bar street that is excellent for a pub crawl and great street atmosphere with seating outside. The hotel is old, but for the money paid you can’t complain too much. The staff on reception were very helpful and perfect English. They gave great advice and printed tickets etc for us. The breakfast is ok, if not a little strange. It’s a buffet set up of sandwiches, cereal, croissants etc and yet you can’t serve yourself. You point at the item and a lady will pick it up and put on your tray. The room was clean, the bathroom dated, bed was comfortable and AC was good. For the money, I would recommend this hotel as a step above hostels, but not luxury.

“Average Hotel great location”

The location is perfect 2 blocks form the main square and close to many restaurants. The hotel a bit old specially the bathroom very small and outdated. Regarding the breakfast was good but I mostly cakes and bread, i miss having some eggs

Being tall I had specifically requested a double bed and after waiting at reception a while was given a twin room. I went back to reception to change it - they were reluctant but eventually they gave in and provided me with a room with a double bed. The room was very basic and small, with not even a kettle. However, it did have a fridge but hardly any power sockets. The glazing lets in the noise and the wind creates a whistling sound. The air conditioning was good, and the Wi-Fi is also great. There is very little place to put luggage and the wash basin was tiny. The lifts are the old-fashioned ones with manual doors, so if someone leaves an outer door open on a floor, it's not going to move. The cleaning staff tend to use this trick to keep it at their floor. It is a good location for town though.
