“Great Location, Great Service very clean!”
This hotel has excellent staff. They were very nice, helpful and happy. Although the hotel is a bit dated it makes up for that in cleanliness and hospitality. Overall this is a really nice hotel. The staff are generally nice, the rooms and views (beautiful Andes) are lovely, good location, nice breakfast and good gym, pool and sauna and there are various events/guidance etc in the hotel. “Excellent stay”
Enjoyed our first visit to Mendoza. During check in we received a nice refreshing beverage. Only downside was no tea/coffee setup in the room. Yes we received a coupon to go downstairs but what a pain.

Hotel is dated. No amenities in the room, if you need any, you have to request them at the front desk. I did not see an ironing board anywhere. The shower pressure was not great.
