“A Natural Paradise”
This is a beautiful place, serene atmosphere lovely design, amazing views, and excellent staff. We particularly appreciated Selva at the front desk, Milagros and Lourdes’ concierge guidance and Enrique’s attentive service at the Merkado restaurant.

“First visit to gran melis”
Food great. Staff great. Room was a little basic and bathroom was very small. Could hear people staying near me and above me Seeing the monkeys climb on the balconies made the stay special. Also seeing the Coates in the park. Would recommend because the experience is so unique
