My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lobby is pretty; however, the ground floor where our room was located had a bad odor. Fortunately, our room did not smell. The door was not working properly and had to be forced shut, which was very noisy for other guests. The bedding and cushions had stains, and the room also needed repainting, as it looked very tired. Breakfast was basic, but the location was great.

“Good location”

Looked nice on the booking sites. It’s an old structure that looks modern. Big rooms but dark old world vibes all around. There were noisy birds on the rooftop behind our room. Looked nice on the booking sites. It’s an old structure that looks modern. Big rooms but dark old world vibes all around. There were noisy birds on the rooftop behind our room. The single beds were comfortable. Shower head in the bathroom wasn’t great but water pressure very good. Housekeeping wasn’t great. Breakfast was terrible. Front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. Location did not disappoint as its walking distance to everything.

“Fascist Management Policies, Rigidly Enfoced!”

This place is clean and comfortable, but it must be run by fascists. When we arrived earlier than the check-in time we were told not to return to check in until 2pm. We arrived fifteen minutes before 2 and were forced to wait until after 2 to gain access to our room. On the evening before check-out we asked for an extra hour or two, and the front desk offered us an additional 8 hours, but only at a half day additional rate. When we said we only wished an extra hour or two, the robotic woman at the front desk told reminded us that the hotel “es un negocio” ( is a business). Obviously, management does not understand the concept of “HOSPITALITY”. I would not recommend this place, event to my worst enemy.
