“Great hotel and facilities. Staff needs better customer service training.”
Great hotel considering it's locally owned, kudos for that. This is probably the best hotel in the city and it's centrally located. Some of the staff is good. “Excellent hotel, but not so great staff”
The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. Some of the staff is great like the receptionists, but the waiters can be a nightmare especially during breakfast. The swimming pool and spa areas are great!

“Terrible food - good everything else”
I found a roach in the food one day and a piece of steel wool in my food the following day. I conplain about it but I got no responses just an scarce apology. The rest of the services are pretty good.
