“Amazing”
I was here for several days and it was wonderful. I've read the comments here and was afraid that everything was going to be worse than terrible. But it was nothing less than amazing. “Visit”
Great hotel to stay with your friends and family. The room was clean, the food was delicious, everyone was very pleasant. We had a great time. Tsaghkadzor is a small city near Yerevan. If you visit Armenia, Tsaghkadzor and especially this hotel are great place to visit.

The staff was rude, we were shocked actually sometimes. Absolutely non-professional behavior sometimes, not knowing the rules and allegations regarding to hotel services in Armenia.
