Can I cancel or modify a hotel booking? How much will it cost?
Yes, cancellations and modifications are permitted at a cost. Cancellation fees vary according to the destination, supplier, booking fare and number of days prior to cancellation.
Bookings can be modified at a cost of 20GBP plus the difference in tariff if applicable.

Please note that your request must be received during office working hours to be processed. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm. Any requests received outside office hours will not be dealt with until the following day.
