“Clean, spacious, great location”
Have stayed here a few times. The location is central and in easy walking distance to Manuka shops. This time chose a one-bedroom unit for the extra space. Our unit faced the back street - nice and quiet.

“Dated, but clean and comfortable, easy to get to and plenty of parking”
Location great, close to Manuka precinct. Given it was very busy it was quiet. Staff lovely, even offering a downstairs room. Honestly have stayed here before, its a dated building but for the price its clean, comfortable bed, quiet with all the extras like microwave and crockery.
