We met up at the Qube to celebrate my birthday, we had 3 apartments. Everyone was pleased with the apartment they stayed in, spacious, well furnished and enjoyed the views. We met up at the Qube to celebrate my birthday, we had 3 apartments. Everyone was pleased with the apartment they stayed in, spacious, well furnished and enjoyed the views. The pool was loved by the grandchildren, adults enjoyed the spar. I did have a couple of issues in our apartment, the iron had obviously been damaged and replaced in the cupboard also the carpet was very stained. When I reported these the staff were very apologetic, said these things should have been seen by the cleaners,and set about rectifying everything. We would definitely stay at the Qube again.

We stayed for 3 nights in March, and overall really enjoyed our stay. The good: spacious apartment, well-equipped, clean, great views of the strip and ocean, close to cafes and restaurants. The pool, spa and common areas were also very good. The bad: external noise was an issue if windows open due to traffic and exhaust fans on neighbouring buildings. For 3 nights the noise was bearable, but I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. Perhaps on the higher floors it would be less of an issue (we were on floor 21 of 40).

“It’s all location”

Location 10/10 probably the best you can get in Broadbeach. It was off peak so pricing generous. Staff were nice. We were upgraded and got a full ocean view which was nice. Apartments are HUGE and only 4 on each floor which means privacy and quiet. Free parking! Light rail basically outside… more

Location 10/10 probably the best you can get in Broadbeach. It was off peak so pricing generous. Staff were nice. We were upgraded and got a full ocean view which was nice. Apartments are HUGE and only 4 on each floor which means privacy and quiet. Free parking! Light rail basically outside your door which was fabulous and convention centre across the road. Casino a slight walk further down. Found the doors / windows to provide a fair bit of soundproofing when closed. Attention to detail disappointing the apartment wasn’t overly clean (cigarette butt on balcony on arrival, layers of dust on the edge of the carpets and overall grubby looking, countertops didn’t appear clean) We didn’t say anything as we had busy back to back appointments so we weren’t there much and didn’t cook. We did clean a little while there ourselves and wiping the shower floors it came up black. No tissues available. Appreciated that there was a toilet brush in each toilet. Apartments aren’t serviced but that makes sense with the price. They might if you request it or stay a certain length of time. Look all in all the stay was okay with minor issues. Sheets appeared clean so that was the important part. Bed is firm which was okay. If it was peak rates and we relied on the apartment to cook I probably would have been less obliging but for the $300 we paid per night it had what we needed and accommodated our group.
