“Good basic accommodation for the price ”
Friendly staff and a good basic hotel. We got the budget room and were a bit taken aback by just how small the room was, but it had everything you need and as we were out and about most of the time it didn’t really matter. “3 star gem”
First time in Armidale and this 3 star motor inn was ideal for an overnight stay. Off street parking, friendly welcome, close proximity to the main street of Armidale- walkable for dinner diningafter a long day of driving. All in all a pleasant stay and well worth a stop over.

Travelling through Armidale we chose, from previous experience to overnight at Abbotsleigh. It certainly passes the C test; Clean, Comfortable, Conveniently situated and Cheap. Situated. “Basic, clean and well located ”
Stayed in budget room which is small but has all the basic necessities (except aircon, though it does have a large fan which is effective but a bit noisy). Bed was comfortable and shower worked well.
