“Definitely not what it used to be...”
Room was warm and comfortable. However, bathroom left a lot to be desired - black mould in the shower plus brown, mouldy looking shower curtain. Asked for butter at breakfast for toast only to be told ' we've sold out!' Was given margarine from a tub in the kitchen - this happened 3 days in a row. … more
