The lady who greeted me on arrival was very friendly and gave me all the relevant information I may have required for the room, parking etc. Our room was located on the 1st Floor and on exiting the lift the hallway and surrounds were very clean and looked to be freshly painted. The room itself looked like a full renovation had taken place and was extremely clean, with a great kitchenette, new spongy carpet, a really comfy bed, a clean bathroom, full Foxtel channels on a large full had Hisense tv, and a balcony that opened onto a large open air courtyard. Car parking was abundant under the building and access very simple. It is location very close to the town centre and an easy stroll to everyone you need. Thanks guys for the great stay !

“Quiet end of town”

Standard level property in good location, walking distance to all amenities but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Good clean and well appointed rooms. Basement parking with elevator making easy entry and exit.

Overall, this felt like a reasonably convenient place to stay in Port Macquarie. The two bedroom accommodation with one shared bathroom felt spacious (overall felt like an older/refurbished property). We arrived in the night probably between 9-10 pm, after driving on the Gold Coast route from Sydney. The reception was closed (looked like it was not staffed after a certain time) and there was a bell outside near the door to call the staff. After a bit of wait, one person came down, quickly gave the keys, mentioned he stayed onsite. A deposit payment had to be made before going in. Overall, the conversation felt casual. The parking access felt convenient, with an elevator connection to the floors. We left the next day morning. During check out, the staff member in the reception seemed to be more knowledgeable about local information (specific information about return of deposit fees was not proactively shared). Overall, a short stay, expectations probably in line for a motel type property (considering pricing did not seem low).

“Noisy nightclub nearby. No bath in the accessibility suite.”

A basic but nice enough hotel. The parking is good, as is the location. However on a weekend night you can hear and feel the bass from a nearby nightclub. A basic but nice enough hotel. The parking is good, as is the location. However on a weekend night you can hear and feel the bass from a nearby nightclub. This was worse than the hours of junkies and drunks yelling. We were given a wheelchair accessible room that we didn't ask for, ruining the Valentine's Day bath with rose petals idea. Pretty ordinary experience overall.
