Friendly and very helpful staff (special mention to Tino who was exceptional and brunnette lady from reception who were both so accommodating with our extension over Easter and late check out as well as Maryanne and Ivette in housekeeping who went over and beyond with our requests. Bar and dining was mostly closed when I would trek down so we mostly ordered ubereats or went to local restaurants. While location is away from main shopping area it's perfect for a family or quiet getaway. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable bed with all necessary amenities like microwave and small sink. Pool, gym and gaming areas were adequate. Availability of products although slightly dear to purchase in reception is awesome saving a dash to shops. Dining Food wasn't great and there was a large group with a function but only 1 staff member cooking with another clearing and replenishing so many of us were waiting on food at breakfast buffet that timeframe ended so I wouldn't recommend their $30 breakfast. If you need to use sofabed request the room with newer sofa and thicker mattress as the old sofas while comfortable to sit are terrible as the mattress is super thin more like a topper. Free parking and quick auto check-in is always a bonus. The staff is their biggest asset and made us overlook the flaws. We will be back.

As you enter the hotel you experience the industrial interior design that been let loose on the hotel. It’s not unique as several hotel chains in Europe have adopted this. Our room was quite funky with several useful features such as a microwave, sink and fridge in the room. However the design touches must also make it difficult to for housekeeping as once you’ve settled in you notice not everything is sparkling. The back of sliding bathroom door needed attention, the fridge needs cleaning, and a couple of broken tiles in the shower. Dinner was also hit and miss. Garlic bread very nice as was the linguini, however the salad was frugal, next to no toppings and gritty lettuce at the bottom. The double bed was made up from 2 single mattresses, one of which had a pronounced lean in to the middle, a shame since someone’s taken care with the bedding. That didn’t encourage a good night’s sleep. At the time of registering we were told that breakfast was from 6.00 to 9.00am. We arrived for breakfast at 8.30am to find the final dregs of a hot breakfast buffet and no staff in the kitchen. Gone. No one there. Disappeared. If the last hot breakfast items are cooked and layed out well beforehand, at least have the knowledge to tell your customers to arrive before the kitchen staff go home. Breakfast is the last experience your customers leave with and if it’s a bad one that’s what they take away.
