We very much enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Sydney. We stayed at a studio room, good for 3 people. It was big and spacious, with two double beds, a sofa and table, and a dining table and couch. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Four Seasons Sydney. We stayed at a studio room, good for 3 people. It was big and spacious, with two double beds, a sofa and table, and a dining table and couch. It also had a closet and big bathroom. Great location near the tram, shops, restaurants, and cafes. Breakfast had a moderate selection of staple food. Staff friendly and helpful. When we went outside Sydney, we were able to store some luggage with them and get it back after.

We upgraded to a Sydney Harbour Studio Suite and had access to the Club lounge (Lounge 32). Sadly today is our last day here. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels around the world and many of them luxury properties with VIP treatment, executive privileges, private lounges, and every imaginable high end amenity. Yet somehow, our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Sydney stands above as one of the single best hotel experiences I can remember. From the moment my wife and I walked through the doors we were treated with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care. Every detail was flawless. The service was impeccable, the suite was stunning, all the food at the Lounge 32 was exceptional including “healthy” and vegetarian options. Besides snacks and drinks we ate a full breakfast, lunch and dinner there on multiple occasions. Even the gym deserves recognition. It’s a very good gym and open 24 hours, which was a huge plus for us. What made this stay truly unforgettable was not the hotel itself, it was the people. Every single staff member made us feel valued and welcomed. Special thanks to Carol, Aly, Pulin, Ramon at the bell desk, Thibault, Michelle, Giulia, JT, Anais, Nina, Augustina, Albane and Louis for the great tips on where to hike and all the staff at Lounge 32 and of course Coco! The list goes on with the wonderful breakfast hostess, servers and the restaurant managers at the Mode. We want to thank everyone we encountered throughout the property including the doormen. They understand the value of a simple smile and their attention to detail and genuine hospitality elevated this experience to another level. This trip felt like an absolute privilege for my wife and me. Life moves quickly, and experiences like this matter. If you are considering staying here, my advice is simple. Spend the extra money and upgrade to Lounge 32 and upgrade to a suite. Give yourself the opportunity to experience something truly special, because this was genuinely one of the best travel experiences of our lives. A special thanks to David Song who contacted me by email before our trip and gave us the offer to upgrade. I’m so glad we took it! The only thing we were disappointed in was the jacuzzi. The tile and grout needs maintenance and for a hotel of this stature I was surprised at the condition of it. The temperature was also not hot enough for us but maybe it’s because they’re heading into winter and it will be taken care of in the spring. We loved of our stay here!

I stayed for two nights at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney in April, and overall the experience was exactly what you would expect from a Four Seasons — polished, professional, and consistently high standard. However, what truly made this stay memorable was meeting Coco during check-out. At first, I was genuinely surprised by how confidently and efficiently she handled the FHR process and hotel system operations. As someone who frequently books through FHR, I can usually tell very quickly whether a staff member is experienced with these procedures. It was hard to believe that she had only been in Sydney for three weeks. During our conversation, I learned that she previously worked at luxury hotels in Beijing, which immediately explained her professionalism and attention to detail. English is not even her native language, yet she communicated with incredible fluency, warmth, and confidence. What impressed me even more was hearing her story about arriving in Sydney as a foreigner, starting a new life, working at Four Seasons, and embracing the city at the same time. Her positivity and energy genuinely reflected the spirit of hospitality that luxury hotels strive for. In the end, what people remember most is often not just the property itself, but the human connection and warmth behind the experience. Thank you, Coco, for giving this stay such a memorable and personal ending.
