“Ticks all the boxes.”
The location is very convenient in Parramatta. The staff were exceptional, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Remember to book parking, a must.

“Enjoyable stay.”
Really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and rooms were modern and well maintained. “Had a great stay here. Very nice property and staff”
We had a great three day stay here. The property looks newly refurbished, rooms are big, nicely furnished and modern. Best of all are the staff led my Max. He’s a great guy who can’t do enough to help, even down to posting a box for us to a friend in Sydney. Close to Parramatta station and Westfiel… more

“Right location”
Great location. Short walk to Westfield shopping and train station. Easy to catch train into Sydney. Staff were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely clean well appointed room. Continental breakfast available. Quiet too. Will stay again and highly recommend.

“Amazing staff”
It’s a beautifully renovated place in a great location, but the best part is the staff. We had a couple of hiccups with access cards to the parking and some hot water issues but Max sorted those out with such friendliness and kindness. We appreciated the complimentary drinks! We’d stay again.
