Chic, modern hotel very close to Sydney domestic terminal. Friendly staff, excellent blackout roller shades if you are looking to sleep in. Breakfast was very good, with wide selection of breakfast staples. Only downside was room was quite small, walls not clean, upholstery stained, and shower tracks groady. With some attention to house cleaning and maintenance this hotel would be 5 star. $12 per person for shuttle to domestic terminal if you are not willing/able to walk.

This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the airport. The room was comfortable, the hotel is in good condition, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of both hot and cold items. Areas for Improvement: Package Handling & Front Desk Service: I had a very frustrating experience regarding a delivery. When I inquired about my package, the desk clerk simply stated, "It was not delivered here," without offering further assistance. I had to personally contact Australia Post, get time-stamped confirmation, and forward it to management before the hotel acknowledged they had it and finally "found" it. It should not be this difficult for a guest to retrieve mail; a more helpful, proactive attitude from the front desk would have gone a long way. WiFi: The connection in my room was unreliable and kept cutting in and out, which made it difficult to get work done. (Room 511) Breakfast Variety: While the breakfast was good overall, the fruit selection was a bit lopsided—the "mixed" fruit was about 95% watermelon and very little else. A more balanced mix of seasonal fruit would be a great improvement. Summary: A solid choice for an airport stay, but the service levels and technical amenities (WiFi) definitely have room for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for six days during a solo trip to Sydney, and overall I had a good stay. This wasn’t my first time staying with this hotel chain, so I had certain expectations going in. The room itself was a great size and very comfortable. I especially loved the large window and having enough space to organize my luggage and personal items. Another nice touch was the TV having streaming capability, which made it easy to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was decent—nothing extraordinary—but the service stood out. It could get quite busy in the mornings, so I appreciated that staff were actively clearing plates and turning over tables while guests were still dining. It helped keep things moving smoothly. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The location was also convenient: about a 10–12 minute walk to Mascot Station and roughly a 30-minute train ride to Circular Quay, which made it easy to get to major sights like the Opera House. My only real complaint was the housekeeping service. One day I left the hotel before 6 a.m. for a tour and returned after 8 p.m., only to find that my room had not been serviced at all—no amenities were replenished and the garbage hadn’t been taken out. I had to request basic items from the front desk. After I mentioned the issue, the service noticeably improved the following day, but unfortunately the housekeeping throughout the stay was inconsistent. Overall, the room, staff, and location were great, but the housekeeping experience did affect my impression of the stay.
