I stayed in a lovely, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a small balcony. It was clean and very well maintained.It had a kitchen and laundry and an onsite gym and pool. The hotel staff were lovely and available 24hrs. There are some outside areas to sit with views of the harbour and the building is situated over the bus and train station, meaning easy access to anywhere in the city. I would definitely return.

“Poor room servicing in tower A”

On this visit we stayed in tower A Which is a great 1 bedroom suite although the kitchen only had one saucepan and a frying pan to cook with. On this visit we stayed in tower A Which is a great 1 bedroom suite although the kitchen only had one saucepan and a frying pan to cook with. Sadly when the room was serviced a poor job was done either the full or express was not compiled well as tea and coffee were often not topped up and although new towels were left only some of the old towels were removed as the bathroom was poorly cleaned. Prevously we stayed on the podium level here the servicing was compled excellently and even a small bar of chocolate was left. Management really need to take action on the servicing in tower A Otherwise the suite is very good and reception are responsive the full the gaps left by room cleaning

“good, but staff try to not say no to things”

i stayed with my family 2 weeks so far. beds ultra comfy, but the shower is kinda faulty. The room is really spacious though and the view is really nice for the fact we're only on 7th floor. i stayed with my family 2 weeks so far. beds ultra comfy, but the shower is kinda faulty. The room is really spacious though and the view is really nice for the fact we're only on 7th floor. However this exoperience has some flaws too. the lift broke down and we wer stuck for luckily only 20 minutes and we called the emergency services but the speaker barely can say a word of proper english! so we has tomkeep shouting. y'all should get soemoen who can actually speak english well. it's literally designed for the worst. like omg the lift was crammed bewtween floors 4 and 5 and was jumping up and down. to make matters worse they spent 4 weeks fixing the lift... so it ruined the effiency. what was a minor fault became quite more chaotic. not just this but the staff in meeiton were not being very truthful. they repeatedly dwalyed it simply when i asked when there will next be ice cream. they keep saying tomorrow 5 days in a row- and they didnt bring ice cream and sometimes they dodge accountability saying oh I mistaked it even tho it happnes like 3 times: they're like: oh I made a mistake or I thought ice cream was gonna be today. You can tell that they just don't wanna say they dont have ice cream that day. it's not that hard to admit.

The initial staff responce upon arrival in excellent however beware if you have a problem! Priority is given to people who are loin term not vacation residents
